      the HVAC units installed by flagship using whoever their provider are very terrible. In the past 3 years living here (new home new hvac units) i've spent over $3500 on the units having them go out on me repeatedly. I change the filters frequently, i've paid for tune ups on a regular basis. I have had a gas leak on one unit, my family had to evacuate until someone came to repair it. The units are backed with a flimsy 1 year parts 3 years labor which doesn't get you anywhere since of course they work fine for at least a year until everything goes wrong shortly after and labor to fix these units is 5x more than the parts themselves. I'm currently dealing with another $3000.00 bill that I will likely have to pay to have both units services as both are leaking refrigerant and need to be topped off, diagnosis ran and leaks fixed. I am not the only one in the neighborhood with issues either. They must pay pennies for the units and pennies for the labor because the insulation is falling off everywhere around the units which is also causing additional issues. The craftsmanship is 0/10.

      Hilltop Pointe was acquired by Flagship Communities. They are not honoring my previous lease that was in place and sent me a Five day eviction notice if I do not pay additional fees that are not in my lease. I am abiding by my current active lease. They are changing due dates, charging me for services that were previously included in my rent and not informing me of water bill which was paid through previous landlord.

      When we purchased our home we mentioned our bathroom floor would bow up and down when stepped on. We put in a warranty claim and nothing was done. The sub floor wasn't even secured to the floor. It has been an ongoing problem. Our roof was leaking significantly, they told us it was condensation but turns out whoever did the roof completely installed all our our roof vents backwards. Because of this every 3 months or less our dryer throws out warnings that our vent is clogged due to the inadequate installation from Flagship.

      We have lived in our Flagship built home for 3 years and have been working to get several things fixed in our home, most importantly our stairs that squeak. When they 1st came to look at the stairs we were told by customer service that the framers who worked on our house were fired because of poor work. We have had customer service coming to our house for three years to fix issues related to our stairs. The customer service people have been great themselves. However, the problem has returned over and over. They do come to look at the problem but then state that they have to have someone else come look at it and then they don't come back. So it takes months between visits. We have had a hole in our drywall for months waiting for someone to come fix the stairs. Also, we have a wall that is not 90 degrees but they state that it is within the margin of error. Also, Flagship or someone connected to flagship owns our HOA and there are many current issues going on with our HOA.
