I also suspect this is a scam company? It has been 4 working days and it has not been shipped yet. Just telling me We will not know when this order is shipping, until the day it ships. You are locked into this order and guaranteed the currency. We will be sure to email you a tracking number once your order is complete.Review from john P

Terrible Business. I ordered a 100 pack of goldbacks and paid an additional fee for two day delivery. 4 days later and they still aren't here. I do NOT recommend buying from this seller. There are many other vendors to choose from, most without any shipping fees.

This order was placed on 11/17/22 and shipped promptly 11/18/22. Typically processing for card orders is 2 to 3 days before shipping but his package was processed the next day. We shipped his package using the method he chose at checkout. The customer chose ***** 2 day (business days) for his shipping option and we emailed him the tracking number so he was informed of when to expect delivery. The tracking gave an estimated delivery date of 11/22/22. His package has been delivered and signed for confirming receipt. We appreciate your feedback and we are glad to know you received your package faster than initially estimated. If you are wanting your package sooner, we suggest upgrading your shipping option when placing your order.Review from Elianor M

I placed an order 4days ago.They charged my debit card instantly. They took a copy of my drivers licence. After they charged me. They asked for my social security number. I refused to give them my number. I'm still waiting for my refund. If I don't get my refund tomorrow I am calling better business Bureau.Treasury Vault, LLC Response

We appreciate your feedback. We don't collect information from our customers until after an order is placed and your card was charged when you placed your order. The ID/SSN requirements are listed at the top of our checkout page which would have been seen before placing your order. The requirements are also listed in our terms and conditions which you agreed to when you submitted the order. After we were notified of your refusal to comply with our requirements which were previously agreed to, your order was forwarded to our billing department. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days. It should be reflected in your account by the end of the week. We do our best to be transparent with our customers that is why we have our requirements listed on the checkout page, in our terms and conditions and in the confirmation email received after placing your order. The young woman I spoke to in customer service ( I think ********) was as sweet as can be. She held her composure when I low-key panicked because she had no updates for my order. It seemed like my order took a little longer than expected but I ultimately got it in a timely fashion.All went well and they came highly recommended by a friend.
