So I needed an ax for my house and I ended up going with bill’s comfort systems good price thought they knew what they were doing so summer hit this year and my ac starts acting up so they have a Technician come out 2 times to see why it keeps heating up and they keep saying it’s low on gas and it still has a warranty but come to find out they gave me a under sized unit 2 ton when my house needs a 3 ton unit for the size of house and I called them on it and sent someone out and they told me it was undersized and they can replace it for an other 3500 dollars they messed up the sizing of the unit they need to fix it my ac keeps heating up to 77 when it’s set to 69Business response

We are so sorry for the inconvenience that this issue has caused. We hope you are pleased with the resolution.
The heat gain on your home appears to be higher than most homes of the same square footage. Because of this, the a/c seems to have been slightly undersized, especially given the extremely hot weather conditions this summer. We have replaced the unit with a 25% larger capacity air conditioner at no cost to you.
As always, we are more than happy to take care of any problems that our customers may have. Thank you for allowing us to work in your home.
