    I scheduled a repair diagnosis on my vans ac system as it had started blowing cool, not cold. Extreme auto told me it was a hose leak and they would have to order hose. A week later told me there was a fitting problem and that part would have to be ordered. Three weeks later I called as I had not heard from them to be told it was completed. When I picked it up I handed the man $800, of which he brought me ***** change. As he handed me my change he said the rear air does not blow cold. I was stunned. So I asked well you changed the hose that supposedly goes to rear is the evaporator rear getting cold? He then told me he did not know he could not find it. I walked out of there stunned. In utter shock. I drive my van **** backed it into the drive and never got in it again for three weeks due to catching Covid . I then contacted the shop and requested at LEAST half my money back since they did half the job. I have not heard from them again. I am going to contact legal aid as I am elderly and disabled. I drove my van this past Saturday, first time in it since picking it up. The carpet is stained/ bleached from sone chemical of sorts. The dash is missing a piece, the glove box was left strewn on the ground and the carpet is soaking wet. After about ******************************************************************* animal rescue of sorts, it began to shudder and continually stall at stop signs, traffic lights, just driving down road at 45 even. I am sick and beside myself over this. I am on a fixed income and at a loss of what to do. The van drove fine prior to this shop keeping it over three weeks and I am not sure what they did to destroy it. And why I do not show a chevk engine light ?
