      Im the *** for my aunt who has dementia. I have made multiple requests over the last two years for her to be removed from any and all mailing lists, however; she continues to receive advertisements in the mail. This is harassment and needs to stop immediately.

We believed her request had been handled; however, when we received her email on April 17, 2024, one of our team members conducted further research and found that you had three accounts with Balance of Nature. On two of those accounts, your address had been removed as requested. Your address has now been removed from the third account.

      We hoped to speak with you regarding this matter, but have been unable to reach you. Our ****************** called you on March 1, 2024. There was no answer, so we left you a message. Our agent called you two times on March 5, 2024. We spoke with you briefly during the second phone call, at which time you requested to be called the following morning. As agreed upon, we called you again the next day, March 6, 2024. Unfortunately, there was no answer, and we left you another message.

      As our agent explained in the final voice message, your returns were outside of our Return Policy. However, we have issued a courtesy refund for your most recent order. Please expect this refund to be processed to your original payment method within 25 business days.

      Rest assured that your account has been canceled. Our records show that on February 12, 2024, you canceled your subscription using our website. Your cancellation stopped all future orders from processing, and you received no further shipments from Balance of Nature.

      I am trying to cancel my subscription to Balance of Nature Fruits and Vegetables.Their website gives you directions to go to a dashboard and select the word subscriptions and it says you will then see a dashboard that says manage subscription. But that second dashboard, (which is supposed to take you to cancel order ) is No Where to be Found!!!! This is FRAUD!!!!! B

      A friend of mine is signed up and will be cancelling. She gave me a set to try. After taking 1 of each I became pretty sick. I read reviews and was disturbed by what i read. That first of all. They shouldnt be in business at all. I read several issues of the bottles stating there are 90 pills in each and several people reporting there are not 90 and they short many bottles. This is fraud. I decided to count mine. One bottle was missing 10 and the other missing 8. Wow!!!! So I called my friend. She has several sets of unopened bottles and I told her to video while opening and count them on video. Mind blown. She opened 2 bottles and one had 11 pills short and the other 10 pills short!!!! This is stealing!!! This needs to be looked into and reported. They need to be shut down. She has another set that are unopened and the video and is contacting someone to help get this out there. The media needs to know. The commercials need to stop. People need to be refunded. They need an audit. Shame on yall. I want to be contacted. I want to know what is being done about this.

      I have not received this order placed on January 31, **** by phone (saw a commercial). It was a subscription order to add more fiber to our diet. I was charged $61.69. I have since learned that the *** never approved Balance of Nature despite the commercials. I expect a refund. I also learned that the subscription cancellation policy is only for the first 30 days, meaning they are mailing the products out late so customers don't have time to cancel within **************************************************** via a ticket on their website. There is no email address to be found on the website. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. A refund was issued, although it took four requests via email and declining multiple offers to "pause" the subscription.

      The *** monitors claims made by supplement companies and entered into a consent order with Balance of Nature due to false claims. Balance of Nature products are marketed as dietary supplements, with labeling that rendered them unapproved new drugs and misbranded drugs. The *** has not approved Balance of Nature products for any use, despite the companys claims that its products could be used to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent diseases such as cancer, heart disease, cirrhosis, diabetes, asthma, and COVID-19. In addition, Evig LLC violated current good manufacturing practice (CGMP) requirements, which rendered its products adulterated dietary supplements.

      On 10/25/23 I purchased 2 sets of their fruit and veggie vitamin supplements for $179.90. I received an email notice that my vitamins had been delivered to the my mailbox. Our mailboxes all have locks on them and if it does not fit into the mailbox, there are several parcel lockers for which the post office places a key in your mailbox to access. On 10/30/23, I went to pick up the mail. There were not any vitamins or a key for the parcel box. I asked my boyfriend if he had picked up the mail. He had not. On 10/31/23, I filed a ticket with the balance of nature site. On November 6, 2023, I was emailed, "Hi *****, Thank you for contacting Balance of Nature, I would be happy to help you. Since USPS was who delivered the package you will need to call them and ask them for a "claim number" for the missing package. With this claim number I am able to send a replacement. Let me know if you have any questions, I would be happy to help. Cannon" I went to the post office about a week later. I was told that I needed to wait 30 days and then file a claim on the website if it did not come in. The vitamins are for a sick family member who needs to get better for chemo. Their MD recommended them. By the time I went to file the claim on the site, the system would not allow it stating that I exceeded the time frame for the claim as it started on the day it was shipped. I reached back out to balance of nature on 12/26/23, 12/29/23, 1/4/24, and 1/9/24. Every time the email response asks for a claim number and nothing else. I asked for my email to be escalated and received no response. I have been to the post office several times to try and get a claim number and we cannot afford to throw away that money or just order another set. The sick family member fell and broke their leg and now I have to help them even more with all the daily items and they live 4 hours away. I have not had the time or energy to follow up on this. Any assistance you can be is much appreciated.

Following the shipment of your package, the delivery of the products was exclusively handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced while working with the USPS to locate your missing package.

      We received your email on October 31, 2023, regarding your missing package. We responded on November 6, 2023, explaining how to receive a claim number from the USPS. Unfortunately our records show no indication of any correspondence following this email until January 3, 2024.       I ordered from BON on Jan31st. The next day I received an email stating that it has shipped!I thought great. A few days later I attmepted to track it to see the progress. It says the shipping label has been created but nothing has been picked up.6 days later, this is still the progress.I have been calling and chatting this company for 3 days and get no answers except your shipment is delayed......we will get back to you. They never do.So today I try chatting them again. As soon as you say you wish to cancel and receive a refund, they ghost you online.So, then I called. After 3 calls, I was able to FINALLY get s human to supposedly cancel my order and any future subscriptions. I then request that my card be refunded and they have to "transfer" me AGAIN to the refund department. SURPRISE! VOICEMAIL! They will never call back, and I will never see my money again without intervention. I'm very disappointed in this predatory scam of a company. I just want my $71.00 dollars back, and to never have to deal with them again!

      We started taking balance of Nature in November. It took over 3 weeks to get our first order. Then the started sending every 20 days it's supposed to be every **************************** stomach issues and heart burn. I called to cancel and the said they are mailing out the next day. 8 days early. They told me they would try to stop the order and if not I should refuse the order. The order went back and they still refused the refund. So I disputed the transaction. They lied to Amex I then had to send the official tracking list from ****** I will fight this all the way. Companies like this should not be in business.

      We called you on February 2 and February 6, ****, but were unable to speak with you or leave a message. We hope to speak with you soon regarding your concerns.

      On October 3, 2023, you created your first order with us as a Preferred Customer. Ordering as a Preferred Customer gives you wholesale pricing, Health Coaching at no additional charge, and convenient automatic shipments every 28 days. As such, you had the option to reschedule, hold, or cancel your shipments at any time. 

      According to our records, each of your Preferred Customer orders were processed and shipped 28 days apart from each other. The only exception to this schedule occurred when your first order was delayed in transit. We sent you a replacement for the delayed shipment on October 13, 2023, at no additional cost. At this time, our agent verified with you that your next automatic shipment would process 28 days following the shipment of the complimentary order. The original delayed shipment was delivered by ***** on October 16, 2023, and the complimentary replacement arrived on October 18, 2023.
       
      On January 4, ****, we processed and shipped your fifth Preferred Customer order. At this time, we sent confirmation of this shipment to the email address on your account. On January 5, ****, you called in to cancel your account and request a refund for your most recent order. You were transferred to our ****************** where you left a voicemail.

      On January 9, ****, our ****************** emailed you to explain that your most recent order fell outside of our Return Policy, and therefore no refund would be issued at that time.

      On January 22, ****, we received a disputed charge notification from your bank for the order. During the investigation, the bank temporarily removed the charge from your credit card account. On January 23, ****, the bank concluded that the charge for your order was valid. The dispute was then reversed, and the bank reinstated the charge.

      As a courtesy, we have issued a refund for your most recent order. This refund will be posted to the original payment method within 25 business days.

      In August 2023 I ordered 4 bottles of fiber and spice, I order in bulk because in the past this company has not shipped in a timely manner even though they process the payment. When I got around to using this order which was manufactured July 19, 2023 there is a number on the bottom of the container of fiber and spice is *********. When I opened this container of fiber and spice I noted a strong foul-smelling order that smells something like burnt plastic. I tried it anyway and found that irritated my stomach can cause diarrhea I checked 2 of the other containers and found that they were not properly sealed and they also had the foul odor the 4th container was properly sealed I did not open. I contacted the company to inquire as to the safety of this project and to my dismay I was forwarded to an offshore call center that could barely speak intelligible English. They transferred me to the complaint department and told me that someone would be calling me shortly to fill a ticket this was over 3 months ago and no one to date has bothered to return my calls they do however send me notification, Text's that no refund is forthcoming as the order was over 4 months old. Initially I was NOT looking for a refund I was just questioning the safety of this product as I had done a year ago when there was large chunks of some type of material in the fiber and spice that presented a choking hazard. Apparently there is no quality control as I previously stated I've been using this product for well over 3 years and apparently they've grown so rapidly they don't really care about the consumers which is truly unfortunate because their ad campaign is bombarding the public with adds claiming benefit through testimonials.
