      If I could leave zero stars I would. A card was opened in my name through mattress firm in a different state. I noticed when I was getting mail that other cards like discover and ***** noticed that the applications looked fishy and notified me, Vive Financial and Mattress Firm in ******* ** let this person open a credit card in my name and charge $7800 immediately. I notified Vive immediately, and it took a month to get an affidavit of fraud. I sent it back, along with everything else they asked for, and I just received another letter in JULY stating that they needed that paperwork (that I sent over in May and call on multiple occasions to confirm receipt). It obviously works in their favor to not close this case- but my credit is suffering, and I'm just getting the run around. This is a joke of a company.

      Scam artist and liars. Do not waste your energy on them. They take your license picture with your social security and tell you that you are approved but after you send them your Information than they say you are NOT approved!!! So, now your personal information is in their hands. They are a scam so BEWARE. I will be contacting the police **** next!

      In early May of this year, I received an email that I had been pre approved for $1200 credit line with Veve financial ( which of whom Id never heard of) I allowed a soft pull to see if Id get approved and I was-$700 credit line and my card would be here in 7-10 days. The day that I received my card, I activated it and headed out to purchase a few things around town. I made 3 stops in the matter of an hour and utilized my new CC for payment-all went well-. Last stop was Target and I get up to the register with $52 worth of merchandise and my card declined. Keep in mind, prior to Target, I had used it (no issues) 3 times within the hour. I logged on immediately to the app provided (needs serious help and upgrading) and it let me know that there had been a hold put on my card for the remaining credit available. From Publix to ****** (3 minute drive) they placed a hold on the card I had just received and activated 4 hours prior.I call customer service and they send me a link to verify my identity.i do those things and it approves my submission. He says to meit can take 7-10 business days to lift the hold. He also would not tell me why there was a hold-just that it is internal and happening to many other customers. Not helpful if my SSN is in jepordy, but ok. Next morning I wake up to zero credit and yes the hold lifted but they closed my entire account. This all happened within 24 hours time span. Never in my life have I felt so confused and like my identity was at risk and likely being stolen, if it hadnt been already. Please do research if youre considering this CC. This company needs to be investigated.

      HELLLLO I have read mostly all theses reviews on this company, my questions is why arent they being investigated??? Why!! Im just got my credit card yesterday useed the card to make a purchase on ******!! Irans are being ship payments was made but not I wake up to a card on hold?????? What is going on!!!???? And the funny part is that you cant speak to someone on a Sunday??!!! All my credit cards Im able to speak to someone

      I am extremely upset and frustrated with this company. I have a fraud issue that have been dealing with for over a month and I have received no answers or updates on the fraud case I generated with them! Terrible company and Terrible customer service! Hopefully will become resolved SOON!

      This company should be out of business They are a complete scam. I took out a loan thru them by ************. My contract said no interest charged if paid within 18 months. I was charged interest immediately. I have tried talking to them but they keep charging me interest. I am done with them.

      Vive approved me for $600.00 credit limit card about 2 months now they send letter that they closed my account and they didn't have a reason for it and said for ** to pay remaining balance what kind of credit card company does this. I make my payments on time to them. This company is not legit and seems like a scam

      Zero stars. Ive made more payments than I am supposed to and half of them bounce even though I have the money in my account, then Im charged 41 dollars for a payment that should have gone through. The customer service is -10 out of 5 stars. They ****. I have no idea why my payments bounce when the moneys in there. Im charged a return fee of 41 dollars. Every 3 days Im charged ***** in interest fees. I have paid ******* and made EXTRA payments yet my account is in the NEGATIVE. Its a scam. Total scam. Im not paying another payment and letting this go to collections. At least collections wont s**** over. My account hasnt had more than ***** as a positive balance in it when it should have *******!! Theyre A SCAM. DONT GET THIS CARD

      Theyre saying, I took a credit card with Bobs furniture which I did not. They took it off my credit report then put it back on and now they wont stop calling me. I asked them for proof and they told me I had to do all of that. I said I didnt take the credit card out you approved it show me my signature, she hung up on me. Im done with these people, but its my credit report.
