Someone called me from a private #(a woman named Alicia) who stated she was scheduled to come to my place tomorrow between 3-5 to deliver me undisclosed documents when asked what this was about she told me I can call ********** and use reference# ****** for more information. I called and someone answered named Joseph G**** or Greenhouse something like that and states he’s with CRC I asked what is that abbreviated for and he said Conflict Resolution Center. He states I have a debt from 2015 with Crest Financial Services and they have fanned a background check on me and have camera footage from 2015 and only options I have is to pay in full now or sign dispute documents being delivered to my place they have all my personal info social and all I never gave consent for any of that especially for nothing that happened years ago and I’m unaware of I asked for further documentation and past payment history to review I am find with taking accountability and paying my debt but not without reviewing info first because I’m truly unaware of the situation he got really rude and nasty whenever I ask for further documentation and stated it’s not an option I can not find this company anywhere and now fear for my safety due to this whole situationInitial Complaint

I am constantly contacted by this business They are saying i have a debt that is supposed to be collected on behalf of another company that isn’t even on my credit report and is saying that my wages will be garnished i never had any dealings with a load for furniture they are aggressive and rude. My credit report currently states that I opened an account with Crest Financial Services LLC on May 11, 2023. This information is incorrect. This account was opened in 2017 (exact date not sure) for the purchase of furniture. I believe it is illegal to alter dates on an account for collection purposes. The amount in question is $1063.00. I have tried numerous times to dispute this information within my credit report with no results. The company is reporting false information in which I want answers for.Initial Complaint

The transaction took place 7/2017. Total amount to earn furniture was paid in the amount of 600.00 or more. You have numerous complaints filed against you for this same issue. Stop harassing me and remove this from my credit report.Initial Complaint

This is not my debt. I have never done business with this company. This was reported to Experian and on my credit. The collector is Vance & Huffman LLC. I have a identity theft case and crest financial was in my report I just want my information out of their account and cleared I have never heard of that company till it showed up in my reports a group of people call themselves ase platinum collection been using my information since 2020 I just need help with this again I have never heard of this company They're saying I owe them 2,678$ .
