On 4/3/22, I filed a complaint against Fieldstone Homes (#********) on an issue that your office closed because Fieldstone Homes said they were going to repair. As of today (5/18/22), they have not done anything. In fact, there have been other issues that I have complained about, in which ***********************, their Warranty Rep I've been dealing with has not responded to or has closed them out without discussing to me the reasons, etc. Yesterday (5/17/22), he has scheduled a final walk through of my house before the warranty expires on 6/29/22 at 11 am. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment early in the morning because of an emergency situation I had with my work laptop that I had to take to the office for repair. I found-out that ******* last day with Fieldstone Homes is this coming Friday. If I wouldn't have had this emergency situation yesterday, I wouldn't have found out about his last date. He said I was going to get someone else for the walk through. I had tried to get of hold of this new individual (****************) and as of now, no response. Of course, I haven't gotten any response from ***** either. It seems that they are doing all this on purpose so the warranty date will come up soon and then they will say, the warranty had expired. I still have outstanding issues to be repaired. Please help as I am dealing with a builder that has offered very bad customer service ever since I purchased my house from them!
