I ordered a shipment of smoothies on 2/1/22. it took almost two weeks and I had to follow up with them to get it shipped. Finally, it shipped 3 days ago. They claim it was delivered today, but it's not here and I can't find it anywhere. I tried to contact FedEx, but they won't help me - only the shipper can contact them. But, Kenko doesn't respond to requests for help. I am worried the product is spoiled and I am disgusted at how unavailable and lackadaisical Kenko is. I want a refund. I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. I don't know if I believe this company ever sent me smoothies.
