Do NOT use these guys! I was told one thing over the phone and have spent OVER 1,000$ with these guys! I was lied to, and it was somewhat my fault for not reading the contract, which clearly states they will ONLY do your credit the FIRST time you put the 179$ down. The stuff that they said was written off came right back on, and this is at least six months later. I am so mad at myself for allowing me to be suckered into these guys! They told me I would have a house that they have their own investors; they do NOT! They do not have investors; otherwise, I would be in my own home, which I am not. I am going to use the free guys at the **** Business Commererce where there ARE free credit people to help. They lied and do not use these guys. It will waste money!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also kept telling me just to pay my credit cards down; well, if I used that money I paid them, I could have; it's easy to fix your credit, and you truly do NOT need these guys AT ALL!! Just use the money you are going to pay a credit group and use it towards the bills on your credit report instead, and it WILL go down after ***** days!

That said, it is not a one way street and there are many things that can only be done by the person themselves. There are also many things that CIG has zero control over such as new accounts being added or creditors correcting information and verifying the items on the credit report is accurate. Thank you, for taking the time to read your agreements, but you misinterpreted or overlooked the section that said that work will be completed each month on your behalf-PRIOR to billing. This means that each month we send out your next map step, report rent through CRBC, as well as, initiate any disputes on the items that you told us are incorrect, misleading or unverifiable before you are charged the next monthly payment. Your profile indicates that you did have positive results while you worked with us and that you were dissatisfied that your profile was not improving as fast as you would like. Well if you don't record your conversations, I BELIEVE YOU that you wouldn't find them. First it was a guy named Tyler who TOLD me you had investors that the 179$ down and the 129$ a month was FOR THE INVESTORS and that it was GOOD FOR life!! Then Issac the guy I was "assigned" to also told me I had to improve my score which you guys helped up it, and that is what the 20$ a month was for. The 129 was for YOUR investors to give me the money for housing WHICH I STILL have the downloaded file that YOUR assigned guy gave me!!! So YES! I AM NOT MISTAKEN, YOU ARE!!! you guys lied and said I would have an investor give me money when my credit score was at a 640 that was what I was paying for!!! YOU GUYS LIED JUST TO TAKE THE LITTLE BIT OF MONEY I DID HAVE!! I even asked if I could pay it up front, and called MULTIPLE times asking when he would talk to the investors!!! HE HIMSELF SAID HE COULD NOT TALK TO THE INVESTORS UNTIL MY SCORE GOT A LITTLE BIT HIGHER!!! I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHAT THE 179 AND 129 WAS FOR, BECAUSE I WAS LIED TO!!
