    I purchased United Financial Freedom's MoneyMax program March 2023. It was a very high price, but after meeting with the rep multiple times, he guaranteed it would help us pay off debt faster even if we didn't have any discretionary funds available each month. I'm a numbers person and the program did not intimidate me. I met with the counselor that helps you set up your account and got everything set up. I gave it my best effort, but the program did not do what it was said to do. I felt like you needed at the very least 30 days to try out a monthly budgeting system. (We were living in a camper at the time and in moved into a house a few months ago, so I am a little slow in submitting this to the BBB.)I reached out for help a few times and then finally reached out and said that this program is not working. They then informed me that it's only a 3 day refund policy. How can one possibly try out a monthly budgeting system that is supposed to help you pay down debt in 3 days? I felt very much taken advantage of and definitely want to warn others about this company. They take advantage of hurting people and then offer no true value in their product.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The company is trying to make it sound like I didn't seek help and that I just need them to help me. I never accused them of not offering help. I actually don't have a complaint about customer service. 

    I strongly believe that they need to update their refund policy for future customers. 3 days is not enough time to test a product that requires 2-3 months to accurately test for such a huge price tag. If they truly believed in their product, this should not be a problem. 

    I understand that what works for one person may not work for another.  That's just part of the equation.

    We did not say you did not seek help. We offered continued support to ensure you successfully use the program. Our return policy is stated multiple times during the sales process. We ask for a signature at checkout which states the 3-day right of recession and the the user agreement. You signed this. While I know we will disagree on the return policy, we are always available to help you.

    This company is a complete scam. It runs like an MLM and when I figured it out, I cancelled the program weeks before they even took the first monthly payment. Well today I was looking at my bank account and sure enough, they still charged me 117.19 on 11/13/2023 when I have cancelled on 10/30/2023. Overall “program” is $4000, which was never completely stated the person that got me into this scam and she wasn’t much help either. Suzanne K******* and this company try to act on your best interest but in reality all they care about is your money!! I called her, billing depts, and customer service depts and all stated the same thing “since no payment has been taken out yet, all will be cancelled” complete BS!!! Now I have to fight them again, get charged $30.00 stop payment fee and wait 30 days for $117.19 to be credited to my account. DONT WASTE YOU TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM OR THEIR OTHER COMPANY RFFC FINANCIAL!!!!! One other thing I forgot, they want you to paid off the $4000 interested fees first too!! So even before you begin, you’re adding interest payments when the mean purpose of the program is to eliminate interest!!!! Even more of a BS program!!!!

    Its really a shame you think a 20 year company selling a software product is a scam. While our business does use independent distributors to sell our software product we are not ********************** We are direct sales. There is a difference and you should have asked us what that difference is. Initially you wanted to become a reseller of our product. When you changed your mind you were refunded the fee to become one. As for the finance company ****. They are an independent company that you may use to finance our product. We do not force you to sign an agreement with them. That is totally up to you. As for paying off the software cost before paying your other debts, once again, that would have been up to you. When you were shown the payoff date for your debts and the possible amount of interest you can save, it included the cost of the program. The ***************** is not ****** you put it. Its a software program that uses mathematical calculations to get you out of debt as soon as possible while saving you the most amount of interest you wont have to pay your lenders. Its just math.

    We are sorry you feel so negative towards us. We take pride in what we offer and have helped many clients achieve their goal of becoming debt free.

    On June 20th I attended a presentation by ****** and ***************. I signed up for what I thought was a financial program to teach me how to borrow money "like a bank" to pay off my debt. ******** said that what I was purchasing had a money back guarantee, but I found out when I tried to cancel and get a refund that I only had 3 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund. I also didn't find out that what I had purchased was a software program designed to pay down my debt until my first appointment which was the week after I made the purchase. Also, this program requires me to obtain financial information like minimum payments and interest rates which is not always readily available on my accounts. After I gather all the info, I then have to input it into the program. Also, the day after I made the purchase, my family suffered a Domestic Violence incident, which necessitated me running to different agencies. All of which were 1+ hours away.

    We do have a money back guarantee on our program, which is based on the dashboard in the program that states the day you will be out of debt. As long as you follow the program and do not add any more debt we will stand by that guarantee. Our user agreement for everyone that buys the program states a 3 day right of recission. We will refund your purchase no questions asked during that time. I am surprised by your statement that you thought you were purchasing a "financial program to teach me how to borrow money "like a bank" to pay off my debt". The company, or our independent agents, make no claims that we can teach you how to borrow money. We do say that if you follow the banks plan, you will be in debt for the full length of you loan agreements. If you follow the ***************** program, which is a computer software program, you will be out of debt in as little as half the time and save a substantial amount of interest that is not paid to your lenders or credit card companies. You are correct in stating that you need your interest rates, terms, and payments on your loans and credit cards to enter into the program. We also need your monthly expenses to determine how fast we can pay off your debts and save the most amount of interest payments. Once this information is entered, the program only requires you to confirm transactions and move money to pay off debts and/or build a savings reserve. It usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes per week. We do not have access to any of your accounts so there is some work on your part.You did go through the initial 90-minute training session with one of our coaches but did not show up for the follow-up appointment. You needed help with your debts and managing expenses. We can help as promised. We do not force anyone to purchase our product. We have been doing this for many years and have helped many clients. We are not a scam. Our owners truly believe in helping consumers live a debt-free life. We are always here to help you.     I Was approached by two agents via zoom and sold a get out of financial debt plan and pay off my mortgage in 7 years. It's described as a Money Max account and and I was looking forward to a portion of my money being invested or saved. The agents did not disclose that it was a software, I was told someone will help me set up my account, I was never told it was not accredited by the BBB and it was me investing my time, I expected the company to take care of my account and not me. To date I have not seen or understood the benefit of working the software from the two sessions I attended on Zoom with a representative. This sessions was time-consuming and difficult and make no sense. I go into my checking account every month and pay my bills. I know how to manage my fixed income from retirement. It's very difficult and having 3 days to get back over $4000.00 or any refund; which was not verbally stated by the agents and being encouraged to invite others should have been a red flag that this was not a legitimate and transparent company. I am requesting a refund and I will continue to contact other legal government agencies, so they can be aware of these companies, review those loopholes so that companies like United Financial Freedom are using to take money from vulnerable people. I want a full refund and advice on the situation. Thank You

    A refund request was requested after 10 months of United Financial Freedom trying to get the client trained and using the ****************** The ******************** no showed for trainings no less than 5 times between September 23rd **** and June 19th 2023 when a refund request was received. The client states that they did not know it was software, but on April 3rd 2023 when we called to once again reschedule training, we were told her computer was broken. As for the time to pay off the mortgage, we stand by the time the program says the client will be out of debt. This is something we have been doing for 20 years. When someone purchases the ****************** we do a 90 minute training and sometimes a 30 minute follow up, if the client has questions. Of course clients can always call client support at any time for free. It is extremely unusual for the initial 90 minute training not to be completed for close to 10 months. As you can see we did not give up on the client and did everything in our power to get them on the program. At no time do we say, we will do your finances for you. We do not handle the clients money or pay their bills for them. The program will prompt them to transfer a certain amount of funds to debt at various times that saves the most interest while reducing the time to pay off the debt. Since the client never completed the training or called for assistance, they never had a chance to see the program in action.

    It serves us no purpose to not have a successful client. Even today, we would be willing to keep working with the client to get them debt free in the time promised. It does take some reasonable effort on the clients side, usually about 15 to 30 minutes per week once they are trained on the program.

    As of today, we have helped to eliminate over 2.5 billion in consumer debt. We are a transparent and legitimate company. Please let us help you get out of debt and save interest.

    I seen an advertisement online for the money *** ******* and I looked into it because they said they will eliminate all your debt in seven years got in touch with a representative. He talk to me, told me how it work and told me it takes 15 minutes of your time a week then I got the program receive training had somewhat of an understanding of it. They said that the program has a full warranty hundred percent to get paid back and Ive paid extra money $145 a year to have the program use all my bank accounts and my credit cards to all be done automatically With the system they cant even get my bank account because their program doesnt work right I paid approximately $4000 for the system. Its very hard to understand they tell you that they will teach you and keep teaching you how to use the product, but they tell you to pay the minimum amount on your credit cards which I did , when I used to pay as much as I could on my credit cards to get the payments down so now my credit cards have racked up to a lot of money because I was only paying the minimum I was told that my money market account account and my regular checking account would be fine by the sales person then Im on my second training and the girl that is training me says that the money *** account does not work with a money market account, you have to have a savings account which I was not told in by the sales person and the way they get around their warranty is if you dont do everything that they tell you to do on their system then they say that voids the warranty and all they do is push back the 7years that they tell you its going to take to pay off all your debt because things happen they want you to put so much money away. Sometimes you cant do that so that void your warranty its a scam. The sales people do not tell you the truth. The program does not work all the time I cant get the things linked to my bank account and she said that she had fixed it and it has not fixed, if anything I want to visit to be closed if I cant get my money back because its a scam

    We are sorry that you believe the ***************** and ********************** is a scam. We have been in business for 20 years and have over ****** clients. We understand you have had some issues connecting to your bank account. We use a third-party aggregator to perform this function. Looking at the notes in our system, each of the connections to your financial institutions were rectified. The truth is, not all banks allow third party connections. Some will require periodic request to re-enter your credentials again. These are things out of our control. This feature is offered to make it more convenient to keep track of your financial transaction but it is not required for the ***************** program to run. If you were unsatisfied with your Account ********************, we would have refunded the $145. As for paying the minimum payments on your credit card, the program determines what debts to target first to save the most amount of interest and the quickest way to get you out of debt. If you follow the program, it will do as promised. When we advertise the program to pay off your debt, we say, "In as little as 7 to 10 years" as stated on our website. We cannot determine your potential interest saved or time to pay off your debt, until all of your debts are entered into the program. In your case, the amount of debt increased significantly from the initial financial analysis to entering the actual debt into the ***************** program. You were still scheduled to be debt free in **** years. You would have been in debt much longer if you followed the banks plan. 
    Getting out of debt and taking control of your financial future takes changing old habits, becoming accountable to an end goal, and doing the work necessary to achieve that goal. Our program is the original dynamic debt elimination program and is still the only program that interacts dynamically with the consumer. The program cannot be wrong if given accurate information.With the *** there is no guesswork, there is only math. The emotional component is removed from the spending equation and forces the consumer to see the reality of their spending. It is your choice to change and move forward with *** or not, we cannot force your hand. The program works for everyone, if the consumer sets up their information correctly and updates it at least monthly.There is so much more to the program than just suggesting to you what to do with your discretionary income. We have a dedicated Support Team to help you navigate the program. We all know circumstances can change in one's financial situation and we have coached many consumers through those transitions and uncertainties.     This company sold me the Money Max Account software and while they will swear it gets you out of debt they will never admit to how much work it is on your end to keep it updated or the fact that if you finance it you are putting yourself even farther in debt and taking another $112 a month away from your discretionary income at 16% interest! (one of the things this MMA is supposed to be fixing by the way) They then try to sell you a premium update to link your bank accounts which doesn't work as expected either. It's supposed to link your account, but it's not a true link. It pulls over your account transactions and again you have to take time out of your day to check the downloaded transactions at a cost of 14 dollars a month by the way. If your going to charge me 4000 dollars for a software program to help with my finances it should make my effort at managing my money easier, not harder and more time consuming, I'm extremely dissappointed and as I've already told UFF, I just want the program returned and my money refunded to the finance company. As a side note, to any potential customers trying this MMA; supposedly you only have 3 days to return this MMA and get a refund before you're trapped into it, so they really won't even give you a month to try it out. Also the agent selling it will sell you by saying you don't need to make any changes to your day to day spending for it to work, but what they don't say is that if you don't, the program will not pay off your debt in the time frame the agent said. The more info I added in the higher the the years went to pay off (from the 6 years promised to 10 years!). I can manage to pay off the debt in the same amount of time without an expensive software program.

    TThe debt elimination software does work as advertised. It is not an automated program and does require a few minutes of your time to keep it updated. It’s well worth the effort. As for the financing of the program; it is not our decision to proceed with financing. That is totally up to the customer. We do not do this to create further debt. Financing is offered to those that don’t have the full amount to buy the program outright and to pay for it in installments. There is no arm twisting from UFF. The financing of the program is included when your payoff time is calculated.
    The 3 days right of rescission for a full refund is clearly communicated in the customer agreement and again in the welcome email you received after purchasing the program. We do not hide this from anyone.  
    As for the added years to payoff time. When the independent agent ran the financial analysis for the client, they expect the client to give all the information on debts and expenses so it can be inputted into the program to give an accurate payoff date. If you add debts at a later time that the agent was not aware of, it would definitely add more time to the date you would be out of debt. Again, this is financial software, accurate data in, accurate time to be paid off with all debts out.

    I am seeking a refund, plain and simple. Maybe you shouldn't let customers finance something with only a 3 day of recission that they may not end up being happy with? My rejection stands. I want consumers to understand how they may get trapped into this should it not end up being right for them.
