Terrible return policy . Clearly very few people know its just a credit or there would not be so many complaints. I wasted $100, Im forced to buy something else on the site or be out the $. I dont see anything I like other than the dressing returned because it was too large . I will never shop this site again nor will I recommend to friends .Baltic Born Response

We're so sorry to hear about this experience! We offer a $1.50 shipping warranty that is added to each online order, but can be removed by the purchaser. Upon review of your inquiry and order, we found that the protection was opted out of. if i could give 0 stars on here i would. Seriously theyre return policy is hidden in submenus that are kept out of sight of the user. The size of all the dresses I got were all over and the fabric quality was so cheap and cheaply sewn for the prices they chose. but sure, I'll take store credit. Give me a f**kin break And of course, they have higher sizing but no larger sized models consistently for all styles so you can see. The reason they dont is cause their dresses are cut horribly at larger sizes, but they don't care/want you to know that, they just want you to buy so they can have your money, and then "refund you in store credit". Some bs.The fact that there are 170 reviews that average 1 star should mean they are not A+, so i don't understand how this could possibly stand.Baltic Born Response

Dont order from Baltic Born! I knowingly purchased a final sale item and I knew the glitter would be a lot, but the dress is stiff and would result in horrible itching if I wore it. I believe the dress should never even be a sellable item!Baltic Born Response

Return policy needs to be more explicitly explained when placing an order. I shouldnt have to research to find out that returns to original form of payment are not allowed in 2024 when most clothing sales are being done online with flexible return policies. Or simply allow regular returns like most online sales websites. Return process is also not consistent, one order I was able to drop at ***** and instantly received a gift card. After using the gift card and having to return my second order, I had to go to drop it at **** and wait almost 2 weeks for a store credit. The ease of use and non-flexibility of this business makes it not worth it.Baltic Born Response

I ordered dresses three days ago as Im going on a make a wish trip and need these for a photoshoot with my critically ill child. I emailed them and asked if we could expedite shipping and it took three days to get a response that said it could take up to 8 weeks. This company is a nightmare to deal with.Baltic Born Response

As our official store policies state, "We do not allow order cancellations or order edits once an order has been placed, so please thoroughly double-check all order, contact, and payment information at checkout." We wish we could pull off every request customers send to us, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that, similar to other retailers. Please allow 1-3 business days for email responses (as we have a really small operation here at BB!), and we also have a live chat option on our website during business hours (approx. M-F 9am-12pm & 1pm- 3:30pm MST) for more urgent matters.Baltic Born Response

They are not upfront about their return policy which shouldnt even be called a return policy. It isnt misleading, its just a plain scam. Beyond that, all of their clothing is over priced and cheaper than you can imagine. Reviews online saying differently are false. I wont be buying from them ever again.Baltic Born Response

The clothes are poorly made, and they do not fully disclose the fact to you that when you order some thing you will not receive a refund only a store credit for a fraction of a prize that you paid. I feel like that is completely unacceptable and I feel like I was duped. I will make sure to spread the word far and wide to all of my friends and family and clients to never order from Baltic born.Baltic Born Response

I bought a dress that I needed for a wedding. It didn't work (because I can't try it on), and they don't allow refunds for returns. SO lame. I don't understand how you can sell clothing online and not offer a refund for returns. These horrible ratings make sense because it's not a good way to run a business. They made no exception for me whatsoever and I don't need this dress or any other from their website so I am now out my money. I have made several purchased and was very satisfied and knew about the return policy so definitely took my time in shopping. With that being said, you would *think* they would offer a loyal customer some help but not the case at all. I pay for the shipping warranty, was home when the post office came through and "dropped" off the package but it was no where to be found. I am convinced it was delivered to a neighbor (to which I have tried to reach out to but they don't answer their doors). When contacting Baltic Born, first off, it takes DAYS to get back to you. What is that?! Then, again I PAID FOR THE SHIPPING WARRANTY, they refused to immediately rectify the situation by sending a new piece out. Now I look and the size I need is sold out, I have contacted them and am told I need to wait another 3-4 days to hear from someone. This is insane!!!!!!!!!Baltic Born Response
