I was set up in January of 2022 and spoke with Eric one time on the phone. I requested to cancel within two weeks and they were radio silent. Then on March 24th I realized I was still being charged and sent a message to him yet again that I was irate in. I told them I cancelled, and I wanted my money refunded! Here we are in August of 2023 and I am STILL being charged! They are a bunch of crooks, it’s a complete scam, and trying to get ahold of anyone is impossible. Phone number goes straight to voicemail, messages are never responded to. And requests to cancel are ignored. I want my **** money back!!!!

I signed an agreement to pay monthly for services once a week on December 1st, 2021. In the contract it states that I must email to cancel 30 days prior to the next month charging. This only gives one day to cancel, entrapping clients into being forced to pay for at least two months. The cancelation policy is at the very end of a overly long contract they require clients to sign which most people wouldn't be able to follow to the end. I believe this is dishonest and misleading to force someone into paying especially if they only receive services for the first month and nothing after that. I had also verbally cancelled on Dec 22nd, 2021 with no reminder of needing to cancel via email to avoid further charges. When they charged my account on Jan 1st I had to wait until Jan 3rd to even be able to try contacting anyone and by that time they stated that I would also be charged for Feb. I filed a dispute with my bank and now they are threatening to add an additional $997 and send it to collections against me. If the "associate" had been honest and not try to be so misleading to get extra money I would have never signed. Also, their way to get people in the door is by offering a free chiropractic adjustment. THEY ARE NOT chiropractors. I have included the contracts to review as well. I seriously hope there is a way to prevent them from doing this to others in the future as well.

I had ordered this coaching through ******** on August 13th to do coaching for weightloss. I contacted them on August 28th because the person they provided was a joke. He read from a script. I wanted a new person. I was told I would get a new person. I was charged again on Sept 14th. I have not received any more services. I have attempted to email the company the 1st week of September. I have messaged them and called several times since. They are not returning any calls. I am out almost $600 for nothing!!!

      Dear Rose,

We have looked into your situation and found that you did receive services in early September. You then reached out to us to request a different practitioner, which we immediately granted, and another appointment was scheduled for Tuesday September 7. You then messaged your practitioner to cancel the appointment and asked not to be contacted again, which we also granted. When you first signed up for services, you were told verbally and in writing that it was your responsibility to schedule sessions and arrive for said sessions and that your monthly membership would auto renew until you canceled it, following the instructions in your policy agreement, which you received when you signed up for a membership with us. Again, you knew of said policies, agreed to them in writing, and received a copy for your records.

For further assistance, please email us at *****************************************.

      Respectfully,

      ********************

I attended a seminar and during that seminar they sell their services. I signed up for 2 services for me and my wife and was clear at the time of the sign up that we needed to do it at the same date. Erika scheduled both appointments on Monday 08/9 at 3pm. On Thursday 08/05 I received a notification that my appointment had to be changed and rescheduled into 2 appointments at 2 separate locations. I told her we can't do that due to other commitments and responsibilities. I stated I could go by myself to one of those appointments but my wife would no longer be able to attend. Erika sent me a notification via text saying that the appointment was cancelled. Then they turned around and charged my credit card anyway. Eric talks about radical integrity but where is the integrity when they initiated the change? Where is the reasonable flexibility? Where is the thoughtful empathy? I should known better. Anyone who uses the word radical should not be trusted. The charges need to be adjusted.
