**************** came in and purchased a new Escape that he test drove and selected himself, signed a contract and never returned to dealership. Wichita Falls **** does not do any Bait and Switch. We are very transparent and upfront. We have called numerous times, left voice messages and even texted for him to contact me so we could unwind this deal. He has never returned a call nor shown up at the dealership since he left here to go clean out his car. We can't refund or unwind anything until he comes back to dealership. If he will return to dealership we will be more than happy to assist ****************. New Car manager spoke to him and told him that and he still has not returned.Review from G. H

Horrible, dishonest leadership and staff. They put 60 miles on my car and tried to gaslight me that it was necessary to diagnose my repair. But they did not acknowledge those miles on my repair ticket. They only put 1 additional mile above the milage I had when the car was dropped off. And they had my car for 2 weeks for a fuel pump!! Repair Order does only show 1 mile difference from when vehicle was dropped and was a clerical error when closing the Repair Order on our part. All repairs made to a customers vehicle must be driven to verify the customers concern prior to repairing and again after the repair to verify the repair has fixed the vehicle. Depending on the concern the mileage we have to drive the vehicle will vary. We apologize for the error on the paperwork and will use this as a training opportunity to prevent from happening in the future.Review from Catherine P

I rarely leave reviews, so its unfortunate that I need to leave such a bad one here today. This is the second used vehicle I bought from the Ford house, 3 years apart and wildly different experiences. After having our used Prius for only two days I noticed parts from the undercarriage hanging off with what appeared to be duct tape! We went back twice and twice they said they fixed it. The third time I was met by the manager who blamed us for causing the undercarriage to keep coming loose! After we left we took the car to a mechanic who promptly said several parts of the undercharge were broken and needed replacement. Mind you the broken parts were DUCT TAPED back on! If you are considering buying a car at the Ford House in Wichita Falls I highly recommend you take it to your mechanic first to have them look it over! Don't believe them when they say they do a 5 point check, it's more like 5 point check and duct tape fix! Now we need to spend big $$ on replacing the undercarriage parts. Every vehicle that we sell is inspected and goes thru a minimum of 115 point inspection. This car was offered for sale with duct tape on any undercarriage parts. If anything was missing or broken, we would have repaired or replaced them. Our process before any paperwork is done, we provide any and all service records and a current carfax report to each and every customer before they even attempt to purchase a vehicle. Total transparency so our clients know what has been done to the vehicle before making an investment. After researching this complaint, There were no issues with the vehicle when it was sold and delivered.Review from MARY ANN G

WE PURCHASED A 2017 **** FOR OUR GRANDSON ON 05/29/23.2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE THE ***** BOTTOM WHERE YOU PUT THE **** CAME OFF ON THE HIGHWAY WHILE DRIVING. THE *** HAD A BUNGEE CORD HOLDING IT TOGETHER. THEY KNEW THIS AND DID NOT TELL **, AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. IT IS COSTING US $500.00 TO FIX IT. When every Preowned is sold at Wichita Falls **** and The Used Car Super Lot they go thru an extensive Inspection Process to evaluate and determine condition of vehicle and to determine the reconditioning needed for safety, appearance and functionality. Once vehicle has been completed and the vehicle is offered for sale we place copies of current Carfax Report and copies of all work done during the Reconditioning process so when a vehicle is purchased customers know what has been done to the vehicle prior to purchasing. Once purchase is consummated we give Customer copies of Carfax and Service records at time of delivery.If this vehicle would have had damage it would have been repaired properly so it would meet the ************** Requirements to display a tag on the front of bumper. Once the vehicle is delivered to the customer ********************************************* **** and The Used Car Super Lot are not responsible for any damage incurred after delivered. This car was delivered 2 weeks prior to customer making any comment about damage. However we will be very Happy to inspect the vehicle and assess any needed repairs and give a discount for repair since it was purchased from us.Thank You.Review from Alexe P

My vehicle had a flat tire due to a screw being stuck in a side wall. I called around to see if a used tire place had a replacement, no luck. I decided to get new tires since it was about time. I called Wichita Falls Ford since I use them for all work done on my vehicles, they normally have great customer service. They didn't have the new tires in stock but they could be in the next day, Saturday, if I paid in advance. I had no problem with that since my car would be done on Saturday. Once Saturday arrived, I called the shop to make sure they were still on track to replace my tires. They notified me that the tires did not arrive and now they wouldn't be there until Monday; that did not work for me. If they had originally told me it would take that long, I would have found another place so I can get my car back quicker. I asked if I bought the tires somewhere else if they could replace them, they said no. I asked if I could get a refund for the tires since they were supposed to arrive Saturday and now it got changed to Monday. They said they would have to charge me 20% restocking fee since they had to special order the tires. I asked where the tires were, they didn't know. I asked why I am paying for restocking if the tires probably aren't on the truck, since they were arriving Monday. They told me the tires were in the truck. I asked again where the truck was, they didn't know. I was so upset over the whole situation that I just paid the restocking fee and took my vehicle elsewhere. I never wanted to do that since I normally enjoy their service, but in this case I felt cheated. I will no longer use this location to service any of my vehicles, I hope they enjoy the $165 they scammed out of me since it will be the last.Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln Response

Jeff ****** contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding. He provided a refund for the restocking fee and informed me how it should have been approached. I will continue to use Wichita Falls Ford to service my vehicles.
