Healthline has screwed up the purchase of my CPAP machine from day one and now are automatically billing my debt card each month for rental when in fact I purchased and paid for the machine in full. I have called countless times to correct their mistake and still my issue has not been resolved. I'm sick and tired of dealing with this company!

They charged my account I didn't subscribe to anything and they won't respond

Have had a horrible experience with the billing practices of Healthline Medical supplies in Arlington, TX. They ran our check payment through our bank electronically on the day we presented payment. 2 months later, the actual check cleared our bank giving them twice the payment for the same check. They committed fraud by double dipping on the same check payment. But, instead of rectifying their gross mishandling of patient funds immediately, we have to wait 3 weeks or more for them to refund our money back to us that they stole. The refund has supposedly been processed, but we have yet to get our money back. Why is it ok for a business to create a financial hardship for their customer and then, to add insult to injury, take a month to fix the problem that they created making their customer the only one who pays for the business's mistake? It is unconscionable that a patient centered business puts itself above their patients. But, I guess this healthcare business is just about the money, anyway. This company also has horrible communication skills. We have had to do ALL of the contacting to obtain updates on how and when we could expect the return of our money. We are very dissatisfied with this business and would never choose to work with them again in the future.
