Have had them. No problem with service techs. Ladies at the office are Karens!!! Though some domestic clash was occuring at our residence so they called the sheriff ***** FOUR deputies showed up, full tactical battle-rattle. After talk with the sheriff deputies learned who called them. Call the Karens, both denied calling and promised full refund that we paid a month earlier. Any bets that refund "is in the mail".... heres the kicker...the business and the Karens are located in another county 30 miles from our home! Stepped in what?

I filed a complaint with BBB, have not yet received any meaningful resolution. Garrett came out to address an issue with my aerobic septic system. The issue was addressed and remedied. The technician also played with the alarm box, presumably in an effort make sure everything was "good to go." The same day, in the middle of the night, the alarm went off. The tech did not properly reset it. I was able to remedy the tech's error on my own. As a customer of several years, I asked ********************** for a partial refund. The response was uncouth and abrupt. They would not give me a dollar back, in spite of an alarm waking up two professionals, a one year old, a six year old and countless neighbors. I am less disappointed in their service than I am with the front of office. The job was to fix an aerobic septic issue, and with that not being called out of bed the same day of service in the middle of the night.There are about 10 different recommendations for aerobic septic service on my HOA FB page, I will use any of them before returning to Garrett. I strongly advise you look to the myriad of alternatives before hiring Garrett. Not just because of the technicians failure (nobody is perfect), but more so to the Neolithically rude response from their customer service.
