I ordered a complete propane fill on 1/17/23 when my tank was at 30% as recommended by Ferrell Gas. I did this by phone through their automated system. I checked online the next day and my order would be delivered by 2/1/23. The usual period is one week not two. On 1/30/23 I checked online and it said, "the truck was out for delivery." At 5:00pm no delivery had been made. The gauge read >10%. I called and was told that there had been a problem with the truck and they would put me on the list for the next day. We lowered thermostat to 63. 1/31, Checked at 5:00pm and we did not have a delivery. Called to find out why and was told they could not deliver due to the weather and would be marked URGENT. 2/1/23 No delivery again. I asked "Why?" I was told that we had not been put on the schedule. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told one would call me.2/2/23 Called to find out why no delivery and was told my driveway was too wet and the truck could not make it up the driveway. There were no tracks in the driveway of anyone attempting to try to go up it. Asked to speak to a supervisor. At this time the gauge on my tank point straight down. 5% is the lowest number. The needle was pegged at the bottom. At this time I shut the furnace off. I received a missed call notification while I had my phone in my hand from an ****** number. I immediately called back and the operator read from the notes, "You are on the list for tomorrow and an experienced driver has been assigned." 2/3/23 5:00pm we had not received a delivery. The customer service rep told me that the driver reported that "the gate was locked." We don't have a gate on our property. Requested supervisor call again. 2/6/23 Same results. 2/9/23 Requested that the money I had paid in advance, $317.11, be returned to me. I was told I would receive my funds in 3-5 business. 2/15/23 Called to check on the status of our funds and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive them.Never once spoke to a supervisor.
