I originally took my truck , a white 2012 14 foot box truck, in to have a transmission leak fixed in May and paid **** for the leak repair. When I picked it up I commented that it was still leaking and was told it was residual leakage and to ignore it. It continued so I dropped it off again July 14th and was told he only needed a day so I planned on picking it up on the 15th in the afternoon. I was then told on the 15th that it would be ready possibly the 18th, but most likely the 19th. I told him that I urgently needed a truck to continue working, to which **** responded that I should rent a truck at my own expense. He said additional work needed to be done, but that it was all covered under warranty. Now I called back on the 19th, I was told the person working on my truck went home early so it would not be completed in time. It's now the 21st and he has still not called me, the owner of the truck. Instead he called my father and told him that I needed to pay an additional 250 to pick up my truck, and I would be charged daily parking until it was paid. I never authorized additional cosas, and was specifically told it would all be covered under warranty. I feel like I'm being extorted, and have no choice but to pay if I want my truck returned to me. I've already lost a weeks income, which they are not going to cover. I should not have even had this issue, as it should have been fixed the first time without additional work/repairs needed and an additional week without work. I'd like the ****** that he is extorting out of me to be returned.Initial Complaint

I took in my mothers van for a diagnostic. I was told the torque converter needed to be replaced and transmission rebuilt. I was originally quoted $4350 from *** the regional manger. The office ********************* called me to pick it up I was charged $4850. $500 more than the original quote! I paid it and two days later my mother couldnt start the car or get it into gear. I took it back and explained the same original problem. When shifting the van jumps. When it goes into reverse as well as drive. They kept the van another 3 weeks. **** explained that the transmission mounts needed to be replaced. I asked why wasnt that fine when they removed the trans. He said he would only charge me for the mounts and not labor. When we picked it up, I got in and literally THE SAME PROBLEM. During this time I have left 20 I repeat 20 messages for the regional manager. Also text messages. No reply. I went out of town and **** convinced my sister Im law to pay $1500 for the mounts! Totalling over $7000Business response
