      Worst experience. I got a wine voucher for Christmas, I was charged $100 despite having a voucher. The merchant refused to cancel the order literally the next morning claiming it had already been processed and picked up by Fed Ex. After a delivery attempt that I refused, I contacted them for a second time now they are claiming they dont have an order number, an email, any information on my order to assist with a refund.

      24-May-2023 ***************** Terrible service. I ordered 6 bottles with a coupon code for a friend. They processed and issued me an email about delivery. That delivery was being done by ***** which is 100 times worse than any company one can think of. It's been a week and ****** does not reply, and neither does *****. ***** tracking status says 'In Transit' but delivery history status says 'Held at a location - no name given'. The recipient went to collect the package after calling ***** several times and confirming. But to date, no package was given and neither was she told where the package is. No response from ****** Wine Shop. And from what I read of reviews here, the wine is of very poor quality.

      Usually spend $10-$20 a bottle. 12 wines advertised for the same price but only costing half the price is as good as it seems, a scam. Every bottle tasted like a $6 ****** absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor and go to Total Wine or whatever store near you has good prices and knowledgeable salespersons

      Horrible experience. First time I ordered my package was delivered broken they reshipped it and still never got the package. The customer service agent scheduled the shipment to be delivered to a fed ex location on a Saturday when it was closed!! I got a notification again saying could not deliver. At this point I was over it called customer service again and this girl was worse. Didn’t even try to keep me as a customer was just like we will just give a refund. Didn’t apologize for anything that happened ignored everything I told her in the phone. Never even got to see if the wine was worth it because of all the problems I had. I’m better off buying wine at my local Walmart then dealing with these people.

      I went to Macy's today and received a promo code for $75.00 off of an order for 5 bottles of wine. I checked out the website but decided to google for reviews, boy, I'm glad I did. Needless to say, I threw the promo in the garbage and went on with my usual business, except this note to you all. Total time spent 10 minutes and glad it was only that short amount of time. I will encourage others to do their homework. Thanks for the reviews

      My experience is very much like other unsatisfied customers. Wine is obscure and overpriced. I only tried due to an Amex promotion. Big mistake. Wine is already 1 week late and multiple calls to "customer service" does not lead to any help. You will first land on an overseas call center. The operators are sweet, polite, and well intended; also powerless and without any support from ****** or the shipping company. My shipment was meant to travel from within ********** to my ********** address instead it went to a routing center in ******** from **********. I don't know if my ability to track the package via Fed Ex helps or hurts as it only serves to highlight how inept the logistics are. PS they don't get a pass for Covid challenges, they sucked at this long before Covid.

      So far we have had a good experience the two time we have ordered. Quick delivery and everything as promised. The only issue has been the coupons they send us with the order. They say "enter this code at checkout" but the box is blank. This happened with our first order and now with our second order. It's unfortunate because we would probably order again if they coupons were valid. The first time my husband called **************** and they applied it ************************ to our account. Not sure if we're going to bother doing that again..........
