      I was sold a bad car. Im financing a car for *****. ******** said to fix the car its running me ***** which is more than the car. I need my down deposit of **** back to get a new car. Dealer lied to financial institution that I put down *****. Then he tried sexual harassing me. Touching my leg. Hitting up on me.

      To who it may concern:

      This email is in response to a complaint that was made 12/04/2023 Against **** Meuth Auto Sale. On 09/28/2023 we soled a  2014 ***** Spark to *********************. The vehicle was sold to her as a  AS IS Vehicle, customer signed a contract with the knowledge that this vehicle was sold as a  AS IS, Customer gave a down payment of  $1400 and was deferred $600 she signed a contract to make payments of $300 every two weeks. We have not received any payment from the deferred amount owed. also, We also help to pay her insurance for her to be able to drive of the lot of the amount of $78 dollars. This was in the contract to be paid back that she had signed. we have the contact and all documentation in hand if you need me to forward it to you. ********************* was made aware with agreement of both parties of the detail contact before she signed.

      This past year quality care charged me **** for a new transmission. Within a short time my car had a transmission code so I took it back, they said it was fine and wanted to charge me **** for a different fix including a 400$ re-pressurization fee for a new power steering pump. I got it done for 400 elseware and was informed the car pressurizes the pump itself. A week later my car wont go above 2nd gear, a different shop tells me I need a new transmission for another ****$. I called this place again. They get my car back and still say its not the transmission. I ask them what is wrong then, over the weekend I dont hear back so I call again and am told they are replacing the transmission (I didnt approve this). I asked multiple times if the transmission was broken and they refused to give me a straight answer. They told me it would be done Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. Its now been a month of me being unable to get to work because they are still working on the transmission they said was fine. I have gone through all my savings trying to get to work and they know this. I have called 3times more then I have been called back anf have been handled in an uncaring, flippant, matter-of-fact way. Id been going here for 15 years before this and am broken hearted over being treated so callously. If the issue has been addressed when I first told them something was wrong it wouldve been fine. But all this is inexcusable.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business. I find it unsatisfactory. I was out of work for nearly a month and have paperwork from 2 other mechanics proving it was a transmission issue, had the issue been dealt with when I first went in I wouldnt have suffered loss of wages. This is one of the 2 receipts proving a diagnosis of a transmission issue. Quality care did do repairs, free of charge and said they were going to offer me a car while I was out of work but never did. They did pay 80$ to get my car from the second mechanic and wanted to know if I would pay it but I never offered. Since the transmission was replaced the issues are gone, which just solidifies my initial diagnosis. Ive lost at least a grand because of this company, but realistically it was more.

      The mechanics/techs damaged my truck and attempted to cover it all up as if I wouldn’t see it. My truck was freshly painted, so very obvious when my driver door has broken hinges, scratches damaged door trim. They backed into something with the driver door open and broke hinges and attempted to cover it up and shim the door with washers.(This was confirmed by another shop employee I spoke with) The worst part is the owner **** ***** attempted to deliver the truck in that condition and did not own up to damages. **** acted like it was like that, luckily I take lots of pics when it was dropped it off. He took it to his body shop they did a crap job painting it and didn’t even replace the damaged fender trim or hinges. **** advised shims are the right way to fix it, he cut corners on the damaged/repair to save $. I had my truck at this shop almost 5months, the truck originally went in for install on radiator/headers/Chrome Dress up kit. I finally picked up my truck this week 10/5/22 as **** refused to make it right and repair the damages properly. I just asked to fix damages his ships caused, the right way in like condition it was when I dropped the truck off on 5/24/22, he refused including the newest damage outward dent on the hood, driver bedside upper trim molding, I saw when I picked up my truck on 10/5/22, Owner **** ***** told me he’s done with the truck & refuses to make it right.

      MR ******* THE REASON THE TRUCK WAS IN THE SHOP FOR SUCH A LONG PERIOD IS BECAUSE HE WANTED TO SUPPLY THE PARTS TO THE TRUCK , HE BROUGHT PIECES THAT WERE WRONG DID NOT FIT AND WE HAD KEEP WAITING FOR THE CORRECT PIECES. THIS TRUCK MR.******* IS A 1970 FORD WHICH AS YOU CAN SEE THE PAINT AND BODY IS NOT THE BEST TO BEGIN WITH. WE INSTALLED ENGINE PARTS SUCH AS HEADERS AND MASTERCYLINDER IN WHICH WE HAD TO DO THREE TIMES AND FINALLY GAVE HIM ONE THAT ACTUALLY WOULD WORK BECAUSE OF THE PIECES HE WAS SUPPLIED WOULD NOT GIVE A GOOD BRAKE PEDAL.   BASICALLY FAULTY MASTERCYLINDER.  WE HAD TO INSTALL HEADERS TWICE BECAUSE OF WRONG FIT.  IT GOT TO BE A POINT IN WHICH IT WAS GETTING HE WAS UNABLE TO BE SATISFIED SO IN THE END I REFUNDED SOME OF HIS MONEY BECAUSE HE THOUGHT HE HAS A SHOW TRUCK AND ITS FAR FROM THAT.  MR ******* SAID WE DAMAGED HIS TRUCK DOOR IN THE SHOP , NOT ONE OF OUT TECHS AGREE WITH MR. ******* SO WE DID SENT IT TO A BODY SHOP TO MAKE MR ******* HAPPY AND THE REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE TRUCK WAS BY FAR IN BETTER SHAPE WHEN HE PICKED IT UP. WE REFUNDED PART OF HIS MONEY AND THAT IS ALL WE CAN OFFER MR *******.

      I am rejecting this response because:In February 2022 my truck went through a complete paint job. Before it was taken to this shop and did not have the damages as described when picked up. The master cylinder was sent back for ware as the ship stated was defective, the company confirmed it was a good master cylinder after being tested. In fact I had to pay another shop that was able to install the same master cylinder, that the shop in question said was defective. The former GM ***** ****** and two former tech’s confirmed that the door/paint/trim damages occurred at this shop. The truck is definitely not 100 perfect to be show ready but was picked up in much worse condition with body and paint damage when it was a simple header install and engine dress up kit install with new chrome master cylinder. I have **** every opportunity to make it right as I only wanted my truck back in same condition as when I dropped it off nothing more or less. Now I have to take to a body shop to fix damages caused by his shop.
