      On Tuesday February 20th 2023 I went to the location because I bought a vehicle from them. Mind you this is the second vehicle I bought from them for my personal/business the first one a 2011 Kia ******* with barely above 100k on the miles! ***** went out the same day. Then I ended up with a 2013 **** Taurus. This vehicle was a pretty decent vehicle considering. Until I had it checked out and was reported to have an electrical issue causing the windshield wipers not to work. When I was asking for a resolution, I wa so my offered to wait for their results ok the vehicle which caused me to miss work. The over all experience was up type with people of my skin complexion.

      ******************** we are saddened by your review right after you drove off in your trade-in 2013 **** Escape. We stated that we had a procedure to follow when a vehicle is having issues; which it is what we did before we determined switching you out of the vehicle. The issue on your **** Taurus that was purchased on August of 2023, was not a motor/transmission issue it was a heating coil which is an approx. total of $1,100 for repairs. When purchasing a used vehicle, it is common knowledge that there may be mechanical issues that need to be taken care of, just as your basic maintenance. We have an in-house service department that does need to check out a vehicle prior to us making any decisions. It has been a busy week and the service department was not able to get to your vehicle the same day you brought it in. According to ***, your account rep; she had advised you to come with extra time to give the service department the time they needed to drive your vehicle, etc. We understand that you did not have time to wait and that this matter was frustrating. At the end of the day, we were able to trade you out into another vehicle; which is what you initially wanted and requested.  By no means are we a company that is profiling for the skin color or any of our customers. We pride ourselves in being one of the buy-here-pay-here companies that sells to all of our East ***** locals.       I am rejecting this response because:   The problem with the vehicle I brought back was indeed in need of the repairs that I had already notified your business. I stated it was in fact overheating and it had to do with the heater core. The fact that no one would even take the time to actually listen to a paying customer is eccentric. I was ignored and made to feel like I was in the wrong, when in fact my reason were valid and justifiable. *** had taken care of me after speaking to the owner and his less nicer of handling the situation as he would have put it. I have been in the customer service business for 10 years now. I have quite a bit of awards stating that I know how to treat customers and run a business. I did not appreciate the way that I a paying and so called valued customer was treated. I see ******* customers a day and before this situation occurred yall were the main place Id suggest if anyone was looking for a car, as it stands today I will continue to be a paying customers but not a advocate for Chemas autos. 

      Never had I claimed the motor/transmission was a problem with the vehicle, but you should use this experience to slow down and listen to the people that give your business money.

      ******************** we have apologized, we helped you get into another vehicle. We do not know why we have to continue to have conversations here when you are still our customer. Also, keep in mind that we have worked with you on many occassions including the vehicle under your name that your sister wrecked; we did not make you pay for it or file a small claim.
