I've paid for 2 months of newspapers to be delivered to my residence. After making the first payment on 12/29/21, I didn't receive a paper until after 02/07/22. During these weeks of waiting, I spoke with someone at the paper 5 different times who asked me if I received my paper and guaranting I'd get my paper within 3-4 days. So, each time, I'd wait the 4 days and speak to someone again. Then, they charged me for then 2nd month before delivering a single paper. When I called to ask for a refend, they refused to give one because I didn't call every day when instructed to wait 3-4 days each time. I finally got the paper delivered the week of the 7th. They stopped delivering again the following week. I called and reported several times. Upon speaking to someone again today (02/25/22) they said I only reported the missing paper twice and refused to refund my money. It's not much, but if they're robbing everyone in my town, they're making $1,000's of dollars without sending any papers.
