**** ***** is the builder of my home that I purchased 12/21/20. There are several problems with my NEW HOME. I gave him a punch list back in February but he has not completed it and will not respond to me when I try to contact him. My neighbors at also have him as the builder of their house and they experienced the same problems. Their contact info is will be provided. If I have to take him to court, she has already told me that she would testify for me. My son and daughter have tried to help me with him. Here are their contacts: will be provided. I have numerous pictures and videos of the problems. If you will give me a "gmail" address, I will email them to you. This may not be the complete list because I am listing off the top of my head: Pile of crap in back corner of yard--my neighbor said he dug a hole piled stuff in it and covered it back up--the rusty nails and stuff that was dangerous for my pets and grandchildren, I have removed. My kitchen cabinets are 2 different colors of white-one matt one semi-glossy (I have a quote to fix of $1800). Black numbers along walls and stains that were not removed before staining the floor throughout the house (I will be getting a quote during Christmas break). Lock missing on back guest bedroom. Flooding problem and almost entered my house. ALL OF THESE ARE LISTED ON MY PUNCH LIST THAT HE REFUSES TO FINISH. A 12 by 16 hole in my bathroom that is access to bathtub and he hasn't covered. Caulking in showers is not for water and is coming out. I have pictures or videos of all this and will send them to you when you give me a case number and gmail address to send them to. One of the buying points was the additional room that has water and electrical connections above the garage but he still hasn't given me the blue prints to finish it. I was supposed to get a home warranty with purchase but I still haven't received it and I purchased my own. MORE!!!!
