Medicare fraud reported. Used my medicare number to file for diabetic supplies. I live 150 minutes away and am not diabetic. How can this store get away this. Medicare did pay the claim also. Three different months, they got money from my Medicare account. I am not a customer of theirs. They have an employee that cannot be trusted.

The Home Health Store of Tomball filled a fraudulent Medicare claim for a glucose monitor which I never requested or received. I have reported this fraudulent claim to Medicare. Thus far they have billed Medicare over $1,000.

There is something fishy going on with this business in Tomball, Texas called Home Health Store. Apparently we aren't the only ones seeing Medicare Summary Notices listing items and services that have nothing to do with us. The prescribing doctor they claim to have ordered the stuff has never seen my wife and according to ****** is a military doctor either 60 miles away or 2,000 depending on which one is involved. They have my wife's Medicare number and our correct address so they must be getting this information illegally since we have not provided it to them. In October they billed Medicare for a glucose monitor and supplies. I guess this is for someone with diabetes, which my wife does not have. For some reason Medicare paid most of this fraudulent bill. Then the same thieves billed Medicare for ANOTHER glucose monitor in November. Then Medicare rejected that since she already supposedly had the device, thus making us billable for the imaginary device to treat an imaginary illness. Since I see other people questioning what is going on with these thieves, I bet most people don't bother reading the notices and going to the trouble to resolve the erroneous billings. Of course there is no way we are going to give them a dime but they've already stolen from all of us taxpayers collectively and can ignore the few that complain.
