      I paid 3000.00 for facial fillers, I waited the allotted time and was disappointed with my results, I contacted the business and was given a appointment but no way of compensating me. Two weeks after fillers results should still be noticeable and or satisfactory. I want this business to partially compensate me for the inconvenience and over priced lack of service. I request 50 percent of my services I was totally dissatisfied and stated so in the early stages

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/20) */ ******** ******** came in for filler and Botox on 10/20/2021 in the amount of $2,500.00 She was instructed to follow-up in 3-4 weeks resulting in an appointment made for 11/16/2021. She called 10/22/2021 two days after her injection and said her issues were not resolved. Again, she was informed to give it 3 weeks to settle in and hydrate with her body's fluid and at her follow up on 11/16/2021 we could correct anything still bothering her. We sent her email and text reminders of her appt. of which she No Showed. I would be happy to email you documentation of all above. This is very contradictory I actually have my appointment and didn't ca two days later, more like two weeks now I do have phone records and proof of my appointment etc, also you never did offer to fix anything without extra charges so no I didn't show up and since I live 8 hours away I requested a sooner date being that it had been two plus weeks already. I am willing to provide proof of the contradictory statements made and I do want a 50 percent refund thanks Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/02/03) */ We hate to hear that a patient was unhappy with their results. Additional treatments may be required for the optimum results. This was discussed the day of her appointment and stated on the Treatment Consent that she signed (Documents sent). As always, Treatment outcomes may vary - If a treatment outcome is not what was expected, an appointment to come in and discuss your options was also clearly stated on The Aesthetic Polices and Consent, the patient consented to these documents (Documents sent). We answered all of her questions and concerns when she called and she was told the importance of the follow-up appointment. A follow-up appointment is always made as was with this patient. The purpose of the appointment is to evaluate the treatment outcome and discuss further options if needed. Unfortunately, the patient was a No-Show for her follow-up appointment and did not call to reschedule. We have not heard from her since her call two days after her treatment nor has she requested a refund until we received the letter from the BBB. We have a 14-year reputation of excellent patient satisfaction and can almost always resolve and satisfy a patient if they comply with our polices. Unfortunately, too much time has lapsed to properly evaluate the patient's outcome. This is lies I made every attempt and have call records and emails you didn't care that I was disappointed with the results when I called in a timely manner, you set my follow up 3 weeks after I had already waited two weeks . I will do all that is necessary to get resolve all my ducks are in a row. Due to the fact of no guarantees I am not requesting full compensation I'm requesting 40 percent back for that very reason
