  Took my vehicle in for repairs (2002 Chevy Impala). Was given a price of $1100.00 for parts and labor. and was told it would be ready in 1 week 2 at most. The owner, ******** ******* became ill and was not able to be at shop. We corresponded by phone, talk and text. During this time my car was pulled out by the mechanic ******* Wikey to make room for other vehicles to be repaired. Work was completely stopped on my vehicle. Then I was told that my car would be worked on when he could work on it as they needed cash flow to keep door open on the business per Mr Wikey. At this time my moter was already torn down waiting to be repaired. While all this was going on Mr. ******* passed away. All along I would call and check on progress and there would be none once the car was tore down and left out on lot not being worked on for weeks at a time. I would continue the calls checking on my car. At one time I was told if I paid a sum of 1800.00 in advance my car would become priority. I then paid the extra money on Jan 19th 2022 to be able to get my car back after them having my car since June 2021. Since Jan 19th when I paid the extra money each week I was told 2-3 days or next week on the repairs. This went on until mid March. At that time I received a call from Mr. Wikey telling me that the car was making 2 different noises and he did not know why. And proceeded to tell me I needed a new motor. I asked him about the 1800.00 that I had already paid him. He told me that there was nothing he could do. I don't know what to tell you. At this point he is unwilling to make this right. My car is still sitting at this shop waiting to be repaired. I am on a fixed income disabled and now have no transportation and have been without since June 2021 dependent and paying for transportation to get around. I paid to have my car repaired and this did not happen. Mr Wikey is now partener with Mrs ******* and has changed the name of the business. I would like to have my car repaired and running.
