      I advise no one to get a car from Vamos and Im not saying it just to be saying it you can never reach no one when you need them but when its time to pay your car note your phone keeps ringing from them and they have rude employees I really hate I put my time and money into this company its very frustrating to deal with this company I have paid two car notes since I havent been driving the car ******* is never at her desk to take calls I feel like Im under a bs insurance company Im just so over this bs company you guys dont deserve one star

      Having reviewed the account, I can understand **************' frustration and apologize that she had difficulty reaching someone. ******* was on vacation the week I believe ************** is referring to and unfortunately, our portfolio servicer didn't share that information. ******* returned from vacation Friday, 4/18, and spoke with ************** on Monday, 4/22. At this point, we are waiting for the insurance company to take action.

      Scammers. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY. ALL NUMBERS YOU CAN CALL GO DIRECTLY TO A DISRESPECTFUL FEMALE. I made a payment and was told I can do a partial pay and pay the rest next Friday. We'll they took it upon themselves to charge my card the very next day and made my bank account over draft. If I wasn't able to do partial pay the lady should've said that instead of lying to me. Anytime you call and ask for management you get her and she stats you have to tell your problem to her and she'll tell management because that's how they work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU GUYS ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO MEGA MOTORS. SHUT THIS CAR COMPANY DOWN.

      My name is ******************************* I got a ***************************************************************************** i aint even had it for 6 months and off top of the this repo my car while they had it in there shop which they didnt example how the warranty went or nothing very unprofessional place to get a car from the employee also very disrespectful

      This is by far one of the worst dealerships I've ever had to deal with. Varying very unprofessional scamming people getting over own people with these raggedy cars Is absolutely ridiculous They took my car my personal items, everything is still in the car and they keep telling me they don't know where the car is, I know it's a lie. It's OK because I just left my attorney's office. And I'm about to take them to court. They think it's a game, but they're about to find out soon. It's not because everybody is not going to roll over. And let you guys keep getting away with the foolishness At some point you gotta be held accountable

      DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ANY LOCATION!! I bought a 2011 **** Fusion. They screwed me on the price. I have had the car for about 4 years and I am still paying on it and owe they say $4500 still!!! It is impossible for me to go any where else because I am still paying on this one. They also never told me there is a kill switch on it. So if an emergency comes up and you do not have the payment THEY WILL TURN YOUR CAR OFF!!! They did tell me there was a GPS tracker on it but I assumed it was so they could locate it if you stop making payments. Had I known it was a kill switch I would have never signed the papers. But I gurantee you that they will come up with a piece of paper that i supposedly signed saying I knew about the kill switch. Which is not true. If your payment is 6 days late your car will be turned off if you dont call them and let them know. You cant call because no one EVER answers the phone. Now my car is having issues and they want me to make an appointment for over a week from now and you have to pay partial down. I am a newly single mom therefore having financial difficulties right now. They have no compassion and are the most rude company I have ever dealt with. I would walk before I bought another car from them.

      These people are liars , scammers , and no one is in charge. They are very shady. Take note of everything they tell you bc they swear they never said it. They dont take accountability, i shouldve read reviews before going there but i were in a bind -go figure. They finance unreliable cars, seems like everyones car broke down 2 weeks after they got it . Financed a car and ************************************************* my car , car went into limp mode. Denied a replacement , denied a return of deposit , I didnt even want the car anymore , very disgusted with the way they handle business. They rather sweep everything under the rug and brush it off their shoulder like it never happened . Long story short few months of driving the car needed rear diff & two sensors replaced, got it towed to arlington where they kept the car about a month and a half, still making payments even though i werent getting to work. Monta in arl is rude, unprofessional , **** in arl is dismissive and cocky, ******* is the only helpful one. They run you around in circles about whats actually going on , seems they dont like their job but if their manager acts the same way theyll never get fired . Im GLAD their locations are closing. May god have ******************.

      First of all the cars on the lot are WAY OVER PRICED AND HAS WAY TOO MANY MILES BUT I Purchased my car, Friday will be 8 weeks ago. Only had my car 3 weeks before the transmission went out! They have had my car in the shop for almost 4 weeks, Friday will make 4 & I still dont have my car or an answer of when it will be ready. I cant get anyone from any location to actually help me out of a ETA on when my car will be fixed. Buying a car from this rink-ah-dink car lot was really fast and easy. And Im beginning to see why it was so easy they really just get you for your money and they do NOT CARE about there consumers what so ever ! Trying to get the car fixed has been a nightmare!! They sold me this car as if it didnt have any ************** sad I put all that money down only to NOT HAVE MY CAR! And these people expect you to still pay for the car. This is the most unprofessional company you could buy a car from. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They make everything sound good but in reality it will be a nightmare!

      The absolute worst place yo buy a used car from. I bought a car from the ******* location in August 2022. Today is January 21, 2023 and I have yet to receive my tags. I make biweekly payments and ask every single time where the tags are and every two weeks is a different answer. The women they have working answering phone calls (******* and ****** in particular) are rude and it's very obvious they hire complete trash to so call represent the company. It's truly sad they they hire ignorant and incompetent people. You guys will never be a credible business because of how you do hard working people. I will never recommend Vamos to anyone.
