I have been attempting to purchase a dodge **** from this location. I am a 100% disabled veteran who has been given an end of life letter from the VA stating my life is numbered. I am trying to purchase this vehicle to travel to national parks with my wife to finish out my life. This location and it's bank are discriminating against myself and my wife due to credit scores, even though we make more than enough money to make the monthly payments. My desired resolution is to have the vehicle I have chosen be delivered, while coming to an agreement on monthly payments.Business response

AFTER REVIEW OF THE COMPLAINT WE DISCOVERED THAT NO CREDIT DECISIONS WERE MADE BY ******** DODGE IN TEMPLE. WE ARE NOT A FINANCE COMPANY THAT EXTENDS CREDIT DIRECTLY TO THE CONSUMER AS WE REPRESENT THE MANUFACTURER IN OFFERING THEIR PRODUCT AND SEND ALL CONSUMER INFORMATION TO A BANK AND FINANCIAL INSITUTION FOR APPROVAL OF FINANCING. ANY DECISION OF APPROVAL, CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF CREDIT IS BASED SOLELY ON THE FINANCIAL INSTUTION IN THIER REVIEW OF RISK THEY SEE FROM THE CREDIT HISTORY, EMPLOYMENT, INCOME AND MANY OTHER FACTORS OF THE CONSUMER. WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANY CUSTOMERS AND DO OUR VERY BEST TO GET EVERY CUSTOMER APPROVED AS IT DOES US NO GOOD TO NOT SELL A VEHICLE AND EARN ANOTHER CUSTOMER.Customer response

I went in to ******** in April 29, 2021 and purchased a GMC Terrain. Within a month I took it back to the service **** because my car had no oil and the low tire kept coming on, which is something I had addressed at the time of the sale. I was told everything was fine and Nothing was wrong with my vehicle! After several oil changes and the burning oil like crazy within the 6 month period on October 15, 2021 I took my vehicle back to the service ****. for and oil change, still No issues reported and on Tuesday, October 19,2021 my check engine light comes on! I had my vehicle then towed to ******** due to having no oil, only for them to keep it 2 days with No answers and not taking any responsibility; then send my vehicle over to ***************************. After being diagnosed my vehicle needs a whole new Engine!!!! Ive only had this vehicle 6 months!!!!Business response

When the came in the oil level was not low. The vehicle is now at a GMC store and they have taken over repairing the vehicle. The vehicle has an extended contract coverage and customer should also have rental coverage as part of the contract.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:as there is No rental coverage in the contract and warranty is not fully covering the cost of repairs. I have been without my vehicle for almost a month and no regards from ********!
