I went today to retrieve my personal property and I did not get my papers out of the glove box. On January 21, I booked an appointment for January 24 to retrieve my belongings out of my Chevy Malibu. I received an email stating someone will get back to me within 72 hours. I go to the lot on January 25, to retrieve my son’s back pack which he needed for school for a test. A Caucasian heavy set lady was rude and would not listen to what I was explaining. The other lady was making comments “Saying I did not leave my phone number.” I work in customer service and I am answering phones all day, so I put contact me through email. After, telling me I am not her customer she proceeded to say my car isn’t on this lot. Then she said “I don’t know if it is on this lot.” Today, January 26, I go to the lot to get my things, which were brought to me in a trash bag. The lady working my case did not give me my papers out of the glove box. This whole process has been a nightmare. I understand there are rules and regulations, but there is no need to be rude or act with disdain. I just need to get my papers out of my glove box! I will be reporting this to the *** because those papers contain my personal information. How do I know that these two ladies will not commit fraud with my paperwork? If this happened to me, I know I am not the only one!Review from John

Only go here with the police with you! I made multiple trips to get my personal property. They take your $40 and refuse to give you anything. They just tell you to schedule another appointment online. My attorney tells me to go back with the police.

Sir, I apologize for any inconvenience that you've experienced. Your appointment was schedule 10/27/2021 @ 3pm. You arrived at the location at or around 3:25pm and proceeded to bang on the window. You didn't allow the staff to get to the window to assist you before you went and got back in your car. You then proceeded to call our offices cursing and yelling. You have a secondary appointment for next Wednesday. You have not paid any money and we do not want your personal items. We encourage you to attend your next appointment cool, calm and collective.
