              The 1st person I talked to (Jerry) gave us 3 wrong quotes on trips & trip dates. After giving up on him, we started over with Marissa. She was excellent & set up our Scotland/Ireland trip with no hitches. However, when the backpacks for the trip were shipped, all 4 were shipped to our house in WI, rather than 2 to our friends in CA. We went through a long process & lots of emails/calls to get this problem solved. Aga has since taken over & been great.
