I took my **** k1500 4x4 to Rainwater Transmission shop on 12/28/22 to have the transmission looked at received a call from the owner he stated that my transmission was shot and would need to be rebuilt we agreed on a price $2,368.51 and I told him ok go ahead and that I wouldn't be back until the 1/12/23 to pick it up. showed up on said day to get the truck and noticed it had a few issues that he didn't repair on the truck when they removed the transmission.1. the drive shaft wasn't secured back in place correctly with the u-bolt clamps (vibrating and clanking while driving down road)2. exhaust leaks on both manifolds and rear exhaust plate that needed the new gaskets installed when removing exhaust pipe for transmission removal 3. sensor wiring left on top of the exhausts pipes causing wiring to melt and short out O2 sensors 4. A used Tork converter was install in transmission (not rebuilt or new) the same one that was in it when the transmission went bad 5. Also it has a bad trans fluid leak in-between 4x4 trans case and transmission. 4x4 case (required for removal for rebuild of transmission) and he is telling me that all of the problems I'm having isn't his reasonability and isn't covered under his warranty also he stated that most of the problems I'm having I don't have a clue what I'm talking about. If I didn't how would I know what's wrong with my truck?Initial Complaint

I took in my vehicle to rain water's transmission on April the 5th it's been almost 3 months that I have not gotten my vehicle back I paid them $900 for parts back in April I have no paperwork or anything since then they have moved to spring water ***** they keep giving me the runarounds that'll be ready Tuesday Tuesday well it's not ready and every time I call it's a different story a different person I just asked for a transmission this is a bunch of bull I need my car they moved to said they call everybody to let them know they moved there was no signs or nothing that they are moving they didn't even tell me they moved so they moved my car without me knowing that it was moved if I would have known that I would have picked my vehicle up and took it somewhere else got my $900 back you never talked to the same people The first person I was dealing with was ****** now it's ******* it was **** **** walked out every time it's a different story I just told them I was going to report it stoInitial Complaint

I payed money and rain water transmission never called me back kept my transmission my money and closed $500 cash plus $300 on card
