    I ordered an item in Dec. 2023. I never received it. After three months, they tell me they no longer have the item. They offered me a gift card for an 8” desk lamp. Instead, they sent a huge piece of furniture that I didn’t order. I sent it back, asked for a refund and never heard from them again. I tried contacting them-no response. Here it is July, 4 months later and no response. How do they sleep at night stealing people’s money. They are two bit fraudsters who should be prosecuted and imprisoned.

    I placed an order on December 30, 2022 that was paid in full. It remains unfulfilled and I have sent several emails requesting my refund.

    How is it possible this company still sends me emails soliciting my business for online sales and purchases. This is fraud at its finest!!

    Just like the other shoppers on BBB ordering items before X-Mas and have never received items or my refund. I have sent multiple emails have called the phone number to many to count. This needs to be a LAWSUIT brought against this company and make them pay, it's a crime to take money and run and refuse to respond to emails or their automated call in system. I think social media needs to get active and let others know to stay away from this corporate scam.

    Absolute insanity. Ordered $3000 worth of items. They never came. Pier 1 was responding to emails back in November 22 and offered 1.5x store credit. We still never got our items. Now, April 2023, they are no longer responding to any emails. We have been waiting for 2 months for an email back. We trusted this long-standing company not to scam us... and we believed that they would eventually handle this. Wrong. Now, from their automatic email responses STILL BEING CHRISTMAS ORIENTED, to the fact that there's over 100 reviews on BBB.... it's clear they're going completely out of business and we will be left out of 3k. This is so hurtful, and I will fully participate in a class lawsuit against them.

    I ordered a painting in January. It is now April 9 and I have had no correspondence nor have I had any success contacting them. Phone numbers are no longer in service. I used to love to shop at the store. Thought I would try ordering online. I have given up and written off this experience as a learning lesson. It sure seems with their record that they should not be allowed to continue advertising goods online.

    Horrible ! Ordered 4 bar stools November 2022. Never received and was notified that they are no longer making this product and want to give me a $2300.00 store credit !
    They have no customer service number, cannot talk to a live person. All communication is done via automated email.
    No chairs, no refund - the online store is the worst. Do NOT shop here!

    I placed an order on January 16. On February 5 I wrote about the order and got a generic letter back about them being so busy on the holidays, which were over by then. On March 21 I wrote again and got the exact same generic letter. I tried to call customer service and it is a non-working number. There is no way to get in touch with them. I believe they are a scam company now and am going through my credit card company and ******* also, to get my money back. They have enough time to send me about 5 emails a day about all these new things on sale, but they don't have time to take care of their customers. This company needs to be stopped. They have ruined the reputation of a once fun store to shop in and the only business they are involved in is gathering together more people to scam.

    Ordered product from Pier1 on February 20, 2023 and still have not received product as of March 16, 2023. The order status only shows "ordered". I have communicated three times via email asking for order status and have received no response except for the "longer than usual wait times...." auto reply email. I have sent an email asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. I have received no refund and no communication from Pier1 customer service. In the meantime they have accepted payment and received it on February 20, 2023.

    No Customer service- after too many emails with the same generic respose- they took my money and never sent the product- no phone number to call - there should be a class action lawsuit against Pier 1 Imports - check consumer affairs- lots of complaints there too about the same issue!!

    I placed an order for ten candles & received the shipment in late February. The glass holders were broken on five of the candles. I immediately sent an email & attached a picture. A confirmation was sent saying they received my request. Another week went by and still no response so I sent another email. I tried using their chat feature and it was not helpful nor did it resolve my issue. The telephone number provided on my order confirmation is not a valid number so there is no way to actually speak with a person. Just like the other reviews, all I want is a refund for the broken candles. They weren’t wrapped very well, and there was no damage to the cardboard box they were shipped in, so they can’t blame the shipping company and delivery. How do I get them to make this right? I just want a refund & will never order from Pier 1 again!
