      My BBB review and it takes a lot for me write one, last one was 16 yrs ago. They don't seem to be a professional organization. In ***** you should be polite, professional, and a business like organization. ******** land partners don't seem to be this type of organization. I am selling some property, they seemed interested, kept telling me they would get back with me, and then just cut off all communication because apparently they were not interested, but they don't have the common courtesy to tell you that. Not good! I thought I was dealing with a normal/legitimate business.LE officer, retired! just my opinion!

      We bought 2 lots in what felt like a pressure sale on 9/1/21. We had to sign the purchase agreement in a gas station immediately after seeing the property. My realtor was not allowed to have a copy of the agreement for review then return it signed the next day. I was told by the rep not to worry about oak **** because it was not an issue. I found out the hard way it is a huge issue in central *****. My lawyer later said I should have never signed the purchase agreement. We were told we would have electricity by April 2022. We were promised fiber optic internet so my husband could work from home and promised a gated community. We moved out here in May 2022 in an RV while our home is being built. Its July 11, 2022 and we still have no electricity, mail box, security gate, or fiber optic cable. Tons of metal trash was left on the property that has injured our horses. We have spent a fortune on propane, a propane tank, generators, and storage. They turned down our request to build a barn with the storage containers we had to buy because there is no storage in town. I cant get mail cause they gave me an incorrect address and the community mail boxes are still not up. They have made it practically impossible to function. Plus the realtor hollered at me cause my dad had reservations about buying some lots near us due to not knowing when they would have electricity. He told them he may be ready by August after he sold his farm. The then proceeded to aggressively pressure me to make my dad buy a lot or lots. He seemed desperate to sell lots. The builder the rep referred us to disappeared to build homes in other states. All the local contractors doubled and tripled their prices so we had to finish framing, plumbing, electrical, and spray foam on our own.
