We booked a stay at the ******************** in February 2023 through ID90. We have used ID90 many times, and extra costs are always listed on the hotel page. Upon arriving, we were charged extra hotel taxes not listed on the ID90 page. We paid them, so we would not loose our nonrefundable stay. We spoke to ****** several times about refunding this charge and they said we would have to talk to ID90, since the booking was through them. ID90 would not respond. (in the meantime, we checked back on ID90 and they all of a sudden had the extra taxes listed on their page- what a coincidence). After many efforts with both companies, we filed a dispute with our credit card for the extra fees ONLY. Our credit card misunderstood us, and disputed the whole stay. They tried to resolve it with ID90, but ID90 did not respond to them. We then found out we were locked out of our ID90 account. When we contacted the company, they said it was because it was reported as fraud. This had never happened. They responded that it is locked forever, despite us explaining the situation to them. We would like our account unlocked.

Hello Im writing in regulars of itinerary .This booking was April *****, 2022. The booking was canceled the day before check in due to *********** experiencing an Island wide blackout. I called the ******************* numerous times and the phone was out of service. I then called the Hyatt place main number to see if the hotel was still operating. I was told by Hyatt Place to contact Bayamon or 3rd party which is ID90 Travel, I left numerous emails, and no one has gotten back to me, we are now in June and they have charge me for somewhere I didnt even travel to I need someone to contact me right away on this issue.
