  This company stole $6777.50 from me. They charged me for 48in stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. They charged my credit card in December. I got nothing from them. These people should be in jail. They had no intention of delivering the product they just stole my money and closed their business.

  Hallman industries is a fraudulent company. We are out $6000!! They strung us along saying the order was coming the order was coming and then when we had a new president, they blamed it on the tariffs, which is complete BS. When we asked to cancel our order and get a refund, they said sure no problem and then they went out of business. Our credit card company is not helping us. Hallman is nowhere to be found. I have records of all of this. I am extremely disappointed. That is a huge chunk of money and now we have to spend even more money so that we can buy a range for our home. Unbelievable. I hope theres a class action lawsuit against them.

  We placed an order for dishwashers and a range in Dec 2024 paid in full and recently found out that the company is liquidating and going out of business. We we expecting to receive our items end of February/early March and were shocked and surprised to find out the company is going out of business when we tried to login to track our order. We have not received any phone calls, emails or any appliances that were ordered and purchased. There is no website to contact and any phone call or email does not go through and we get no response. This is absolutely unacceptable from a company to a customer and now we are out thousands of dollars with no direction and a house being built that we have no appliances for! Someone from Hallman Industries needs to get in touch with all of us customers that have ordered items and paid in full for them!!!!!!! A Very Frustrated Customer

  My husband and I ordered a Hallman panel ready refrigerator in July of 2024. We paid for it in full. We had custom cabinetry made for our kitchen with a custom cabinet and panels made for this specific appliance. It is now middle March of 2025 and we still have not received the refrigerator. This morning I see that after 20 years, Hallman is going out of business. No communication from Hallman, No refrigerator, No refund and now a completely useless, expensive custom cabinet that will likely have to be torn out and replaced because no other appliance will fit the box. We are out thousands of dollars. Total nightmare and we don't know what we are going to do now. I wish I could give this company a negative star.

  Ben ********************** is a con artist. He will sell you a terrible, faulty product and then block you. Their phone number is buried on the website. But it doesnt matter if you find it - they dont answer. Emails bounce back. No one actually answers the chat. Ever. There is no customer service to speak of. This is the worst company I have ever encountered.

  I purchased a Hallman range when they still were contracted with ****. Be wary of anyone leaving a review about the product without speaking to a customer service experience. The product works well.until it doesnt, which happens far more quickly than it should. Trying to get parts or service is ************* say their customer service is atrocious is an understatement. Their phone system sends you down rabbit holes only to ask you to email them, their online contact form doesnt do anything, their chat (like the phones) asks you to send an email. And if you email? You wont get a response. Over the course of a month I emailed upward of 20 times to 5 different people. I got a couple responses (total) but no help. I got a defective product that when reported was dismissed. After more than 20 emails, sometimes emailing multiple times a day, I never got my customer service issue resolved. I am truly not sure how they can continue to operate.This is a deeply unethical business. They need to be held accountable and the people who unwittingly gave them money need to be reimbursed. I regret buying anything from them and would never recommend anyone else doing ***** not purchase anything from this company.

  $4000 for a stove that has a broken hinge after just using it for about 4 months and has since been an issue 3.5 years later because NO ONE in idaho repairs them. Screws randomly fall out of nowhere. Stainless steel that keeps having oxidative marks merely from using a pressure canner (which never caused this on other stainless steel stovetops Ive previously had). Poor insulation causes the handles and bottom drawer to become blazing hot when the oven is on. The vent is loud and turns off and on for over 30 minutes after the oven is used. Multiple calls go unanswered. A website that never works. Its a pretty stove, as long as you dont use it.

  We purchased the 36 Bold Range, refrigerator and dishwasher. We are very satisfied with the look and functionality of the appliances. We had a couple of issues with the range and were able to get the issues resolved in a timely manner. I sent Hallman a message and was contacted by the owner. The technician that he sent would have come to our house on Thanksgiving Day but didnt want to interfere with our gathering, so he came the next day and fixed our problem.

  Buyer beware, scam scam. I ordered a stiove in may ( paid in full 5k + for prelaunch price) I was promised delivery in October. I called numerous times with no response. I have emailed. The company is completely unresponsive..
