BEWARE!!! ***** was paid in full to install replacement doors, which he did, but said he would come back to install the trim pieces after the garage doors were painted. Our tenant who paid for the work, left repeated texts and voicemails but ***** would not respond, so I called from a number he didn't recognize and he called me back with minutes and agreed to go by and install the trim pieces the next Sunday, but untrue to his word, he never showed. I left repeated messages and texts asking when he was planning to come by, but he then wouldn't respond to my calls or texts either. Completely unprofessional. The job probably would have taken him less than 20 minutes, and a return response would have taken even less time, so it is obvious ***** cares nothing about customer service. From other reviews here, it appears this is a pattern. Save your money and call someone who will respond to your calls/messages after they've been paid and will stand behind their work!Review from Lisa C

ZERO STARS!!!! They are scamming people ordering garage doors. Please DO NOT do business with these people. They are increasing their reviews with small service jobs and taking people money requiring a 100% deposit of door cost upfront and since most garage door companies are taking many weeks, your money's long gone by the time you find out.Review from Adam H

Ordered door December 2020. Gave **** down, still no garage door. Will not respond to calls or text. Would not recommend to anyone I know.Review from Becky S

Not a trust worthy company of person. I gave ***** ********************** ******* in Dec. 2020 to install 2 new garage doors. Just keep telling me it would be in a month, two weeks. I never got my doors nor a refund. Would not communicate with me. If I did get a response it would be only by text or email. Told me he would refund me in payments and never did. I posted a review on ****** and Mr. ****** responded by saying they were lost and damaged in transit. How would he know that if they were lost. I honestly don't believe any supplier would take 9 or 10 months to refund the customer. Just want people to know Be Careful of businesses that ask for deposits. I don't need to list my name Mr. ********************** know who this is.
