On 11/29/23 I took my car in to Reliable Automotive. *** was the service advisor who assisted me with my car issue which turned out to be a faulty injector. Three days later my car was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was presented with a repair bill of $1,119. Two weeks later I returned and questioned the bill at which time *** was dismissive and rude about my concerns and simply said that all cost are computer generated and there was nothing further he could do for me at which time he suggested that I speak to **** the manager. After showing **** the invoice he too said that all service cost are computer generated. (The old computer generated routine) I then pointed out that each spark plug replacement was with tax $49.68 for a total cost of four of $198.67. The average cost per spark plug for a 2019 Kia **** is $11.49. *** advised me that he gave me $100 labor cost discount but that was not reflected on the invoice. After further negotiations the manager **** apologized and reduced my total bill a few hundred dollars. I assured the Manager that I would simply leave and not submit a negative review however when I asked *** if he owed me an apology or explanation he told me that he would not apologize nor give me an explanation. Initially *** was friendly and helpful but after this situation he was obviously annoyed with me and it showed. I was very disappointed with my first time experience.

Went here to fix my car in order to get a safety inspection for registration. Left it after hours with their note pad saying "right head light out, ac not blowing cold air, engine light on:1:"service traction"2: "Service *****: "Esc off"car charger not working, aux very finicky"I did not sign to approve any charges but instead asked for an estimate in the signature line.They fixed my ac before calling which was a couple hundred dollars, windshield wiper fluid had supposedly been leaking on my brake light housing so everything had to be replaced for over $350, they changed my oil when it had just been changed that month, tried to charge $95 for a headlight that was $10 to replace at ******** and replaced a cylinder on the exhaust side for $129, cannot remember if the $70 labor was included in that or not. In the end they wanted $1700 but I managed to talk them down to $1100. I returned home with engine lights off but when I started my car the next morning, every single one showed back up. So here I am, 9 months later with my registration still out because I am just now able to try again and out $1100 for some AC and a rear windshield wiper that also is broken again. I also am scared to try again because I worry that the next place I go to will do the same. Its places like this that give the car repair industry a bad name and reputation of taking advantage.
