I will be replacing this incredibly expensive system as soon as Im able. I bought this system once I moved in to my newly built house (late 2019) and its my biggest regret. It needs constant maintenance which in turn cost even more money. Its a headache that never ends. I started getting dark water within a year of purchase! Its now in bypass because I cant get myself to replace the tank already. Overall just not worth your money. I will be going to a better system in the near future. I would advise against Jasons. Its a sub-standard option with a price that is designed to be a money pit.

****, apologies for any inconvenience this syst has caused you to have since 2019. However, in reviewing your account.....you've had ************ calls or payments for service through our office. We do have record that our office has called you each year to offer our Annual Maintenance Program, which you've denied service each year. Who are you calling to serivce your water syst? This system comes with a Lifetime Warranty, so it is concerning that you are claiming to have been paying someone for multiple service issues.
Our systs do come with carbon and your product series is tested with up to ******* glns of filtration. The avg homeowner will be able to go 6-7 yrs before exhausting their carbon life span. If, for any reason you began to get black water in Year 1....We should have been called immediately. We would have been able to offer replacement under warranty. Once again, our Jason's Water Systems of San Antonio office has Zero Records of service calls or money received for services. Please contact us to let us know who has been providing unauthorized services so we can work together in helping you resolve your concerns.

It's an absolute no-brainer to go with *****'s Water Systems. ***** provides customer service you rarely with any other company. They had everything installed before I moved in and when I didn't have much time to discuss over the phone, ***** was able to provide the data I needed to make a decision. Whenever I had a question/concern, ***** was right on the spot to answer and ensure my system was functioning appropriately. 5 stars for this amazing company!Review from Lou T

*****'s water systems products are state-of-the-art and nationally certified. And their products are guaranteed for life.The prices seem to be in line with the competition, especially considering the features, performance, and guarantee. None of their competitors offer a full lifetime guarantee that I am aware of. If you are going to invest $4000 for a whole home water treatment and drinking system, you want quality, reliability, and durability. I believe that *****'s products fit the bill.The owner ************************* is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. She is also very straightforward and honest. And she is very friendly, understanding, and empathic. She is a real pleasure to deal with and speak to. Her customers' satisfaction is her utmost priority. Very expensive! This company is terrible at customer service and difficult to work with. A service technician serviced the system 10 days ago for $148, advised us that the system would perform normally in seven days - called the company today to report the problem is unresolved and I was told it would be $102 to have a technician return to repair what was supposedly fixed during the initial service call.Jason's Water Systems of SA Response

*******, I understand your concerns. However, looking at your service notes we ran a Annual Maintenance 9.5.23 at your discounted rate with all results showing your system was working in perfect condition. We understand that you would like for us to return and double check your system on a different day. As stated by our office.....trip and labor is not free. However, If we find there is an issue that ************** overlooked, we will absolutely NOT charge you for this return call. It is on our company to make it right on your behalf for Free. But....if you are wanting us to come double check you system and it is found that everything is Still working just fine, then you will be expected to pay minimum charge of just the trip cost to cover fuel and mileage. This is a very fair rate that I hope you understand is a cost of doing business. As of right now, your are schedules as a Warranty Return.Review from Diana C
