This place sucks!! We had to gut our living room including the ceiling so when we got the wallpaper out of the box and put it next to our tiled fireplace and noticed it clashed I contacted them. Guess what? Too bad! We only had 30 days to return it! How, when I work all week, can I figure this out within 30 days? And I only missed it by 4 days!! Then they take a 15% restock fee!!! For what? To open the box? Go elsewhere where there is decent customer service!!!

In response to your email.All manufacturers/distributors have a return policy and most of them have a 30 day return policy, so in turn we must follow their policy. This return policy is listed on our website under Returns. Most of the manufacturers/distributors charge a 25% restocking fee or more, so we do take on some of the cost of that restocking fee. We do have samples available for purchase, so customers can get an idea of the colors. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Deceptive practices regarding the double rolls. The paper I ordered is not available as a single roll from the manufacturer. I too, ordered two rolls, and received on double roll. This is intended to deceive customers that are comparing pricing with other retailers. That is also why they do not list a price per square foot, because it would be too transparent. Given the number of complaints regarding this practice, I think this fraudulent practice is driving a lot of their sales. Do yourself a favor and purchase from a reputable dealer that does not rely on deception to sell wallpaper, it will save you money and the hassle of going back and ordering more paper after only receiving 50% of the quantity you thought you purchased. DO NOT BUY from this company. Will not take returns unless product is unopened. How are you suppose to tell if you like it or not if you cant open it? Also, charge shipping charges to return and restocking fees. TOTAL SCAM.NEVER AGAIN when there are reputable companies out there who take care of their customers and dont cheat them.Review from Jay H.

This company is VERY deceiving in their wording and descriptions on their website. I ordered from them twice and got only half the orders, their claim as to why this is so, is because it's a DOUBLE ROLL of wallpaper. I emailed with their rep several times to clarify what this means, she kept telling me the same script. It's a double roll not a single roll you get x-amount of feet etc... I asked her if there was an option to buy a single roll, she said no. I said ok then I ordered 4 items, I expect to get 4 items. If I can't choose from single or double roll, and I ordered 4 - I should get 4!! This is how they RIP YOU OFF. By sending only half an order regardless of the number you put in, than you have to order more!! It's a TOTAL SCAM! They deceive you big time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! When I ordered the same product from ********** I got the exact amount of what i ordered without excuses!Wallpapers To Go Response

Customer ordered a quantity of 4 single rolls of pattern TN0012. Here is the link to pattern on website: https://www.wallpaperstogo.com/p-200130-canvas-wallpaper.aspx?MPN. Information on website states: On Sale For: $10.08per **** ft (5 m) Single RollThis wallpaper is priced by the single roll. It is packaged as a double roll. A double roll = 2 single rolls. Order the total single roll quantity needed. Also under photo of pattern Additional Information it says Roll Length: **** ft (5 m) Single Roll. Customer received 2 double rolls of **** feet in length which is printed on the Wallpaper Label. She ordered a quantity of 4 single rolls of **** feet long and priced per single roll and received 2 double rolls that are **** fee long.4Customer Response

Thank you for responding and proving my point. This double speak they use is total garbage. There is no option to order a single roll therefore if I order 4 items, I should get 4 items. This is how they deceive customers. This does not come in single rolls. It only comes one way, wether called a single of double roll doesnt matter, because there is no option!! I ordered the same product from another larger company and got the exact quantity I ordered, they didnt rip me off! Do not order from them, you can find it elsewhere and do business with honest and ethical companies.
