      The dealership came too repo car. I came 2weeks later to pick up my car and paid it off!! To my car isnt drivable an I was driving when they got it back. They they change my lock to start it is stuck in it . They want give me the managers phone number and I feel like they just took total average of me and the situation

      I purchased a vehicle a from here I had issues within the first three months of having my vehicle I was informed I can only take it to their mechanic upon taking it to their mechanic they refuse to give me the diagnostics of the issues with the car. I was forced to pay for the car to be repaired not knowing exactly what the issue was. Recently I was in a car wreck where the car needed to be determined if there was a total loss. I reached out to the office to see what was the value of my car after the accident and was informed that they cannot disclose that information I purchase in-house insurance with the sierra motors and was informed that the car was totaled and that I still had to pay the deductible plus what the car was worth being asked what is the value of the car after being totaled they informed me they cannot disclose that information and then ask for a copy of a complete breakdown of how the insurance in-house work they refused to give me any documentation on guidelines for the in-house insurance they refused to pay for the repairs of the car and let me know what the repairs were they also informed me that I would end up owing them even though I paid insurance every month with them and the car was a total loss I'm not willing to pay for the car being I don't even know the repairs the cost of the repairs or what the value was after being in the accident They never asked me was OK They never asked if I needed any other assistance when it came to the vehicle They let me out in the cold not knowing what were the damages to my car They refused to put me in a rental they refused to put me in another car they also refused to give me information on the vehicle that I purchased from them however they didn't want to say they will report this to the credit ***** and I owe them, I have never ever in my life experienced anything like this and I would hate for anyone else to I feel like I've been taken advantage of I feel like I've been humiliated

      I purchased a vehicle in March of 2020 durning COVID no only did I not receive paperwork due to shortage of there paper So I didn’t get a copy of the lease I experienced several issues within just a few month after attempting to repair it Sierra offered me to trade in for something without issues. To my surprise they gave a me vehicle that has so many issues engine light came on, on the first day They are refusing to do several repairs even though I am under warranty I have called and was spoken to very disrespectful by ******* who was not concerned about my issues and dismissed it immediately I asked to speak with the owner who I have spoken with in the past several times I requested to speak but he was busy I asked for a call back and got no work back I just want people to be aware of there miss leading ways I was told things will be repaired but it is 3 months later and another vehicle with exact same issues. They need to be advised that there lies are not acceptable

      In regards to paperwork from March 2020, this sounds very unusual, however if you need copies or your paperwork, I would be happy to supply you with all the documents you signed.  Please stop by my office and I will provide them to you.
      In regards to your interaction with our employees we are sorry you feel disrespected, please know that is not our intention.  You and I have discussed your interaction with my employee and have an understanding.
      In regards to the warranty you mention.  You have a 12,000 mile/12 month limited warranty that covers the engine, transmission, and drive axle.  The issues you have brought to our attention are not covered by the limited warranty.  However, we have helped resolve several of your issues that were not covered by the warranty and have agreed on how to proceed from this point on the remaining issues.
      We have spoken and I believe we have an understanding of how we can resolve your issues to your satisfaction.  If this is incorrect, please reach out to me directly so we can discuss any additional issues.
