They sold me a car with multiple defects on top of that committing fraud with getting me a registration when the car would passBusiness response

Ms. ****** purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima on 3/12/2020, was given the option to purchase a service agreement, which she declined. Her account remained in a default status during the entire time of financing. On a few occasions Ms. ****** mentioned concerns with her vehicle, which we attempted to assist by offering to have the vehicle diagnosed by a mobile mechanic. Ms. ****** did not move forward with such option. She drove the vehicle for 16 months until finally repossessed for the 2nd time on 6/14/2021 for failing to maintain proper insurance and being past due on her account. The vehicle was in poor condition mechanically and also had body damage. No intention of fraud. All proper documentation was mailed to customer and was given opportunity to redeem the repossessed vehicle by 6/28/2021.
