Owner is just a liarSo many stories that she told ********. Claimed they had no drop off and thats clearly not true. Told the company couldnt drop it off because it was raining which is also not true because I sent pictures. This is just horrible and will need a formal apology from the rude owner that all she kept saying was I own a ******** and your car is safe at my shop. Well Mamm thats not the point you stole my car and didnt take it to the destination it was supposed to be at. Your lies will be revealed and you will be exposed for the unprofessionalism you displayed last night to even threatening to drop my car.Review from Summer S

Super rude employee answering the phone. Why are you being rude and having a terrible tone to a customer? They also said to pay with cash but ***** law states towing companies are required to take cash, credit and debit. Poorly run.Review from Ebony M

Very rude and unprofessional. After 1 minute in the phone I was told I would be blocked and no one would speak to me . No help was offered and the truck was towed even though signage permitted . I am seeking corporate office information. Instead of arguing and trying to go back and forth as to why yall have soooo many reviews of being rude and unprofessional, worry about why your business only has a 2.6 rating . Coming from a business owner with 5 stars across the board. Ratings even worse on Yelp with a 1.5. And I would LOVE to hear this recording considering SEVERAL reviews also state that the two women that answer the phones are liars .Review from DeeDee M

I would not even give this company one star !!! Rudest staff!!!! Non cooperative!!!I dont know how they stay in business!!Our HOA SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THEM OUT BETTER!!!***********************

I am not able to sufficiently respond to a complaint. Without her elaborating giving actual facts with vehicle info, date, time, reason for tow I will not be able to adequately respond. Furthermore, our company simply tows the vehicles we do not handle the release of vehicles, that is handled by a completely seperate company. All her interactions, if any, would have been with them.Review from Jose S

Company drives around taking legally parked cars in gated communities at the direction of ***? No warning even if your the owner of the house and car. Unbelievable. Trying to retrieve your car is a bigger nightmare. Surprised the *** uses a company thats not even registered with the BBB.Review from HL Q

If I could give negative stars I most certainly would. They are horrible, their customer service skills are non-existent, they put bright a** orange stickers are vehicles that have no violations or reasons for towing and when they were riding around in an unmarked vehicle through the neighborhoods they speed off like people don't know who they are. Come on now... The way the world is today they'd better watch how they do business because people are not happy when they are finding random people near their cars.Review from Terra h.

When my driver arrived I explained where I wanted the car towed. I went into special instructions about my house because you can access it from two streets. He understood and even asked which side of the carport I wanted my car on. I get home separately because I wasnt allowed to ride in the truck with him due to covid and I see my car parked at my neighbors house (a house with no carport). If I were given those instructions and then didnt see the carport, I would call the customer! I called and explained the issue expecting them to come and correct it. I was told there was nothing they could do as the driver was headed the opposite way and I would have to call roadside assistance again. Talked to a manager and was told the same thing.
