              I bought tickets online to visit the top of the Tower of the Americas, but my QR code wasn't scanned. The agent at the counter instructed me to purchase new tickets there and contact customer service for a refund on the in-app purchase. However, despite explaining the situation, customer service is refusing to issue a refund, stating a 'no refunds' policy. I paid at the counter with cash for my visit since my online tickets didn't work. My online order number is ********.

              Very rude Employees! Dirty restrooms! Broken machines! I would like a refund for my experience. I went here w my husband and my son your staff were very unprofessional we wanted our pics done and we waited in line for an hr behind tons of ppl and nobody was helping them the woman in charge of the pics was just waiting for the other person to show up and by the time we got to the front of the line she said I am sorry the pic part is closed and turned off the computer when the woman got to the front of the line who was in front of me she threatened to fight her. I bought a souvenir knife for my son that was supposed to be 10 and It wrang up 22 bucks. The restrooms were very nasty and all the ***** machines were broken and then the tower itself needs the maps updated so u can find things the binoculars only lasted 3 min before u had to insert more coins will not be back the reunion tower in ****** is way better
