We've used First Place Windows for two home improvement projects. The first was replacing multiple windows in our home. *****, ***** & the installation team did an excellent job from inquiry to project completion. They were reasonably priced & the windows are an excellent product! ************* explained the entire process prior to signing the contract so that we knew exactly what to expect. We were so pleased that we worked with them again for our **************, replacing a sliding glass door with a ************* enclosure. The job was so well done, that you can't even tell that it wasn't built that way initially. We highly recommend their ******************** Very knowledgeable & easy to work with!

I definitely recommend this company! The replacement windows look so incredible and make the house look and feel larger and more open and secure. The glass is a true pleasure to look through. I even catch myself wondering if the glass suddenly fell out, they are that clear. But then I walk up and everything is as solid and secure as always. The entire process, from their first sales visit to the last of the 18 windows being installed was great! I definitely recommend them and would use them again if I ever needed new windows in another house. We got estimates from a total of four different companies before making our choice. The quality of these windows and window frames is why we chose this company. Many folks warned us that vinyl windows would look and feel cheap & flimsy but that is not at all our experience. Seeing how solid and sturdy the windows were as they were being carried from the truck and installed set our fears to rest. These windows look and feel solid and after they measured each window and had them made to fit exactly, the install team did a careful and professional job sealing them in! The installers even replaced an exterior trim board around one window which had split as they were working on removing the old window. The ordering process went super fast and they communicated well in advance to schedule when they would be out to install. Our experience was very satisfying and we feel like we got first rate quality along with careful and professional installation. Very happy customers!!

***** and ***** (father and son owners) are reputable, professional, knowledgeable, attentive and honest. They were great to work with. This business is the first and only place for windows! I fully recommend *****'s business "First Place Windows" as it's probably the only business ran in a morally correct way. Unlike other windows dealers like Champion or Renewal by ******** who depend on people making a quick & stupid decision on spot being lured in by their "today only" sales strategy. ***** never pressures anyone to make a decision on the same day. In fact, the offer I received was valid for 30 days. Also, what First Place Windows offers is products of great quality, and specific parameters like U-factor, SHGC (solar heat gain coefficient), and AL (air leakage) are profoundly exposed in all leaflets and fliers, and can be discussed with *****. You're buying good windows - not a salesperson's pitch. *****'s team replaced my windows 2-3 years ago and the results are great. I've saved a lot of money on summer electricity bills, and achieved a more stable temperature at home. It's more comfortable, and also quieter. I fully recommend *****'s business!

1st rate service. Had 13 windows replaced, new siding, new paint, and new back door. I talked to other companies first, but no one explained replacement windows as good as 1st Place Windows. I have been very satisfied with the products installed. The crew were all professional, and thoroughly cleaned up after finishing their work. I would use 1st Place Windows again.

They did an awesome job and the windows and sliding glass door have made such a difference in my home! I now pay less than my neighbors for air conditioning and really like how easy they are manipulate, clean, and the view outside has become a game changer.

If you are looking to have your windows replaced, look no further.We had all our house (22)windows replaced and we were very satisfied. ***** explain everything about the windows and the quality, and answered every question we had in regards to the windows and how the whole process worked. You could tell he loves what he does, you could see the excitement when he talks about windows, and he knows windows.The crew that installed the windows were very professional, removed the old windows and picked up all the trash and were careful in covering furniture with plastic to not get dusk on them. The quality of the windows are top notch. We had windows that we could hear everything from the outside and could feel the heat coming in. We always had our blinds closed. But now we could totally tell the difference in sound, its cooler and we are actually happy to open the blinds and see our new windows. Looking forward to see the electricity bill to see the difference.I highly recommend First Windows to anyone that is looking to get their windows replaced. We are really happy with our new windows.
