BBB requested C&S Elite Remodeling to discontinue the advertised claim as the discount is advertised as not being offered anymore as the offer was only valid between Dec21, 2020-Jan 21, 2021. BBB also requested C&S Elite Remodeling to clearly and conspicuously disclose the general expected performance of their services on their website and to substantiate those claims.
As of November 15, 2021, C&S Elite Remodeling failed to respond to BBB's requests.
