  I originally went to **** to have a doorway closed off and add a door to the home. I was also interested in updated my bathroom but wasnt sure of the cost. While he was there my water heater needed to be changed and he said that was something he knew how to do. After I talked it with **** he made suggestion and said he could do it since he was there for the wall. He updated my kitchen counter. The bathroom work was half completed pictures attached. The doorway and wall were completed however the painting and clean up were lack of effort and an eyesore. Same with ten bathroom half way doing things and fixtures breaking after less than a year. He said he had Covid twice during the times i worked with him or another project was more important. When he originally was done I noticed he has not reframed part of the bathroom that needed to be completed and he sent someone out to put the dry wall but never came back to do the baseboards and reframe to this day. Also the water heater that was installed brand new went out this week and now I have damage in my garage due. When I text him to see if he knew why or what I could do no answer. This seems to be a common thing with him when he notices people are catching on to him he is non responsive. Disappointed as I did these upgrades to my house to add value and it doesnt seem to be doing that at all.

  I am formally lodging a complaint against **** ********************, who operates under the business name "Deutsch Does It All, LLC" (DDIA). Mr. ******************** has been nothing short of disappointing, unprofessional, and has left me in a state of financial loss/emotional distress.On May 1, 2023, I entered into a signed contract with **** ******************** for a home renovation project through his company, DDIA. I did my due diligence and asked for insurance, LLC and bond, which he showed and turns out it was all fraudulent. The agreed-upon terms of the signed contract included a detailed list of work to be completed, a total cost, and a timeline. The total cost for the project was $45,000.00, with an initial payment of $27,000.00 required upfront for materials and supplies. The contract specified 20 tasks, from painting the interior of the house, removing carpet/baseboards to installing new countertops and fixtures. The work would be completed within a specific timeframe, June 5, 2023-June 30, 2023. My experience with **** ********************, DDIA has been a complete nightmare. He only spent a total of 15 hours working on the project, during which he removed carpet, baseboards, door trim, and a small portion of the kitchen backsplash. Needless to say he did not fulfill his responsibilities within the agreed-upon timeframe and left my home in disarray.**** ******************** has refused to refund my initial payment. After multiple attempts to contact him regarding the incomplete work and requesting a refund. He has failed to deliver on his contractual obligations,. I believe that my experience with Mr. ******************** is reflective of a larger pattern of behavior, as I have learned that there are multiple individuals (at least a dozen) who have been similarly victimized by his actions. I am seeking the intervention of the BBB to address the breach of contract, deception, and financial harm caused by **** ******************** and Deutsch Does It All, LLC.
