Recognize that RBH accepted my employer's EAP benefits as in-kind payment for all services. Dates of service were in 2021 and I no longer have documentation. Office states they are sending me to collections now for a debt that should be resolved under their Agreement with EAP insurance which they accepted. I was NEVER told during a visit or by office staff that I owed anything and was always told that everything was covered by EAP benefits. Then a year later they start harassing me for additional money. The amount is under $150.00 but it is the point that I was never informed that I needed to pay anything and was told all care was billed against EAP.
