Little to no communication! No response to phone calls or emails! Upper management acts like they are too busy to deal with a paid in full unfinished pool. Excavation was June 2021! I want my pool leak fixed! My hot tub doesnt have a gas line! My relays arent set right! I feel as if the list goes on and on! Its not my fault that they have had so much staff change! I simply want a working pool in exchange for all the money that i paid them! Oh and a little communication would be great!

Avoid this business at all costs. The service and communication received from this business is deplorable and I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior from management/ownership. We broke ground in July 2021 and the job is still not complete. During this entire experience, we have received minimal communication regarding timeline, status, progress, etc. *********** missed multiple city inspections and we had to find that information out by continually following up.As of today, 2/17, we have had water in our pool for 6 weeks and 2 final broken items that need to be repaired. We have been told every week for the past 3 weeks that they would be out to repair the 2 issues (this should be less than 30 minutes of work). Not only have they not shown up as promised, they have refused to communicate with us. We have called, texted and emailed throughout this process practically begging for communication. Finally I called the office today 6 times and no one answered until finally ***** the owner answered and said "stop calling I'll call you back" I asked who I was speaking to because I truly had no idea who answered. I called right back and when he answered he said "STOP CALLING ME" so I asked who I was speaking to and he finally admitted it was the owner. I said look, I'm just trying to get some assistance with where we stand and that I was about to lose my mind and he proceeded to berate me, curse me out, told me to F off and never call him again.There are so many additional things to complain about with this company, but the abuse and treatment that we have received from their employees is unmatched. It is clear that as soon as they received their $80K, they were done with us and had no intention of completing the project. An official complaint has been filed with the BBB but at this point I just want to warn everyone to stay far away from this company unless you enjoy being called a MFer and told to F off.

Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Took over a year to repair plaster issues from a new build, and then did an awful job of it. Still havent fixed other warranty issues submitted six months ago and now not responding to my emails. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Very shady management and poor business operations. The sales agent left a lot of information out and did not properly fill out the contract. The material and colors were incorrect from what was selected. The billing department is quick to help you get financing and any monies you may owe them. Construction was poor and delayed multiple times due to lack of equipment and personnel availability. We kept getting the run around and told that they had to wait for the people to finish other jobs. The people would work one day and then we would not see them back for a 7-10 days, until after I called. The quality control is non-existent every aspect was half-hearted effort. There is no one manager/owner that we can talk to to get complaints handled. The plaster has spots and there are cracks and other issues that the service manager states it is constructions responsibility to fix, construction manager states it is up to the service department. I tell everyone to stay away from Blue Haven Pools.
