Company is currently being used to fraudulently charge debit and credit cards. Reviews online, and my statement, will attest.I live in ******** and have never been to Texas. On July 17th, 2023, I was fraudulently charged by this company for $0.01. I quickly cancelled my card and contacted my bank the same day. I attached images of my bank statement and other online reviews to support my claims.Business response

P3 Imaging Solutions LLC has been targeted by an unknown entity. We get calls from all over the country regarding charges being made to their card. We do not initiate these transactions. They are not processed by us or our bank. We never see them. We do not have an online store or other open front that would allow for the harvesting of credit cards by an unscrupulous type. All credit transactions are either a) made in person, or b) initiated by a client request. The very vast majority of our clients are in the *********** and surrounding areas.
We have come to learn that our information displays on a client's card transactions. However, it is NOT us. Because our bank never sees the transactions they have nothing to go after. Since the transactions are small, the card owner's bank will likely not expend resources to expose the fraudulent party. We too are victims in this scheme.
If we knew how to pin down the jerks that do this, we would be highly cooperative. To date, we do not know how to go about pinning down the phantom.
