On July 26, 2024, BBB contacted My Education Solutions regarding claimed results on their website https://myedusolutions.com. On their link https://myedusolutions.com/about-us/ they advertise " Thousands of Clients have benefited from the live changing power of student loan freedom."
BBB reviewed the substantiation provided on My Education Solutions website https://caportal.myedusolutions.com/public/substantiation/clientresults.php and found at the time that 602 clients completed MES Student Loan Forgiveness and received an average of 99 percent savings after MES fees were deducted.
BBB requested My Education Solutions to substantiate that "Thousands of Clients" benefited from their services by providing evidence from recent, reliable, and competent studies or other objective data substantiating the claims in their advertising.
As of October 2, 2024, My Education Solutions has not responded to the follow-up made by BBB regarding substantiating or updating the language from "Thousands of Clients have benefited from the live changing power of student loan freedom." (https://myedusolutions.com/about-us/) to hundreds as shown in their substantiation page (https://caportal.myedusolutions.com/public/substantiation/clientresults.php).
